| As we all know, bus drivers work for a long time. When working, drivers need to have a high degree of mental concentration. In addition, they often need to do other auxiliary types of work, and the work intensity is relatively high.It is difficult for them to have a regular schedule, and their amateur life is also boring and single. On the whole, their quality of life is not high.In addition, the leadership does not pay enough attention to it and lacks a certain degree of support. They are vulnerable to leadership style, physical and psychological aspects. The impact of this has led to a decrease in driver’s job satisfaction and life satisfaction. In fact, the leadership style of managers can be seen as a process of social influence, and work pressure can affect many aspects of the individual, such as emotions. Therefore, work pressure is a key element that affects job satisfaction.Based on this, this article takes the grassroots employees of the BJ Bus Group as the research object to explore the relationship between their laissez-faire leadership style and employees’ work pressure and job satisfaction. On the basis of collecting and collating research reviews at home and abroad, this article sorts out relevant definitions and research theoretical foundations, including theories of leadership style and exchange of leaders. This paper mainly uses questionnaire surveys as the main method, supplemented by interviews,to deeply explore the relationship between laissez-faire leadership style, work pressure and job satisfaction, and make assumptions based on the relationship between them, and provide theories for subsequent empirical investigations.support.Subsequently,it was used as a sample of the research for the basic-level employees of the public transportation group. After sorting out,325 valid questionnaires were obtained.Combined with the data obtained,a series of analysis tasks were completed using SPSS22.0,and at the same time, the relevant effects of regulating work pressure were tested. On this basis, constructive suggestions for the management of employees of the Public Transport Group are discussed. This article concludes that(1)There is a "U" curve relationship between laissez-faire leadership style and employee job satisfaction.(2)The work pressure of employees will have a significant negative impact on job satisfaction.(3)Employee job stress positively regulates the impact of laissez faire leadership style on employee job satisfaction, that is,the greater the employee job stress, the stronger the negative impact of laissez faire leadership on employee job satisfaction.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve leadership style, reduce employees’ work pressure and improve employees’job satisfaction.I hope that through this research,we can improve the job satisfaction of bus employees, make them invest in their work in a more positive and progressive state, and will better serve the enterprise and the people. |
