With the global outbreak of all kinds of epidemic is becoming more and more serious,the fierce competition between vaccine development and production enterprises are also increasing.Since the development and production of vaccines need to rely on a series of special equipment to achieve,how to maintain and manage the equipment of enterprises scientifically and effectively and improve the production efficiency of enterprises equipment is a common problem faced by major vaccine R&D and production enterprises.However,most of the vaccine R&D and production enterprises still adopt the traditional and passive equipment maintenance management mode,which lacks active preventive maintenance,leading to frequent failure of equipment,unable to meet the normal production requirements,affecting the economic benefits of enterprises,reducing their competitiveness in the market.As a member of the vaccine R&D and production enterprises,Boehringer Company R&D Center has accumulated some practical experience in the maintenance and management of instrument and equipment,but the understanding of the maintenance and management of all staff is not comprehensive enough,and there is still a lack of theoretical basis in the actual maintenance and maintenance of equipment.The system of maintenance and management of equipment is not mature enough,which leads to the inevitable existence of some problems in the equipment maintenance management work.It is urgent to improve the system of equipment maintenance management.Based on this,this article selects Boehringer R&D Center as the research object and makes an in-depth study and analysis of its equipment maintenance management.Through the questionnaire method,we find the existing problems in equipment maintenance management,including the organization structure of equipment maintenance team,the implementation of equipment routine maintenance midpoint inspection system,the completion efficiency and quality of facilities maintenance team,the equipment site environment,and the standardization of facilities and equipment maintenance system.In order to solve these problems,this article uses the TPM management method to optimize the equipment management system,and proposed Boehringer’s R&D center of equipment management through the establishment of TPM management overall scheme,equipment5 S management,to carry out independent preservation activities(including equipment site management,visual management,equipment point check system,improve maintenance personnel skills),equipment plan maintenance(including setting maintenance plan,develop equipment overhaul process,spare parts management,equipment wear management,equipment information management)and other improvement strategies.Finally,from the five aspects,including the leadership support and participation,staff skills training,TPM implementation environment,TPM implementation monitoring mechanism,the implementation of continuous improvement,put forward the implementation safeguard measures of equipment maintenance management improvement strategy in Boehringer R&D center,to provide comprehensive guarantee for the implementation of TPM equipment maintenance in Boehringer R&D center.In this paper,through the study of Boehringer Company R&D Center implementation of TPM equipment maintenance management,it has certain practical significance for improving the equipment maintenance management level of Boehringer R&D center and promoting its sustainable development,which is conductive to the formation of competitiveness of vaccine enterprises on the fierce market environment.At the same time,it provides reference for the construction of equipment maintenance management system in vaccine R&D industry and other related industries.
