| With the rapid development of Internet data informatization,all sectors of society are more closely integrated with information technology and rely on various information management systems.However,enterprises are developing faster and faster,and the functional requirements for the management system are also higher and higher,which increases the complexity of the development of the management system,and also improves the challenge of development management.Due to the insufficient development and management level of the data management system of Chengmai Company,many problems were exposed in the use process after the system was developed and launched online,which brought trouble to the company’s operation and management.Therefore,how to improve the development management level has become an urgent problem for the company.Takes the development management of Chengmai Company as the research object.Firstly,it briefly introduces the research status of development management at home and abroad,related data management system theory,development management theory and CMMI mature model theory.Secondly,analyze the current situation of system development management,and conduct in-depth research and analysis in combination with the internal management and business process of the enterprise.Then,adopt the questionnaire survey method and CMMI model comparison analysis method to find problems in the company’s system development management,including: lack of demand management,inefficient development progress,poor system development quality,and lack of risk management.Then,with the CMMI model,the direction of development management optimization is clarified,the scientific and reasonable feasible optimization scheme is determined,and the optimization and improvement are carried out from the aspects of organizational structure management,demand management,quality management,configuration management,risk management,etc.,and the optimization effect is described.Finally,the implementation guarantee of the optimization plan is proposed by attaching importance to talents,strengthening management,strengthening training,and using cooperation strategies.The development and management optimization plan of Chengmai Company studied in this paper not only promotes the development quality of the company’s management system,but also further improves the company’s project development and management capabilities,and further helps to improve the company’s overall management level and enhance the company’s competitiveness in the market. |
