| Product quality is the lifeline of food enterprises,and it is also a major event related to the health and life safety of the people.As food safety issues become increasingly prominent,the state’s supervision over food quality has become increasingly strict.The construction of the supervision system for all aspects of food quality has been continuously strengthened,and people have also paid more attention to food safety.Food quality has become the focus of attention of enterprises,the state and all sectors of society,and food quality management has become an important topic for the government and academia to study.This paper takes Jiangxi Green Sea Oil Company as the case study object,based on the current situation of the company’s product quality management,systematically analyzes its quality management system,and diagnoses the problems existing in its product quality using the questionnaire survey method.It finds that the company’s managers and employees have insufficient awareness of quality responsibility,product quality inspection needs to be strengthened,production management and production and raw material quality are insufficient Complaints and bacterial tests are prominent.The main reasons for this series of problems include the lack of human resource management,the focus on post inspection,the lack of supervision by the quality management department,and the confusion of process management.Further based on the problem oriented and total quality management theory,the paper proposes the product quality improvement strategy of Jiangxi Green Sea Oil Company: enhance the quality awareness of personnel,optimize the product quality inspection,establish and implement the HACCP system,strengthen the quality management in the whole process,and propose specific measures to guarantee the implementation of quality management measures from the perspective of organizational management guarantee,technical guarantee,financial management guarantee and human resources guarantee. |
