With the customer’s attention on product quality is much higher and the increasinginfluence of competitors and other factors,enterprises in order to gain the initiative in the fierce market competition.Enterprises must take quality as the key to success.The application of total quality management in enterprises has solved this series of problems.Company D is a subsidiary of state-owned enterprises.The products of company D include: railway wagon,wagon parts,repair of wagon.The wagon accounted for more than80% of sales,wagon accessories accounted for about 10%,repair of wagon accounted for about 4%,the other related multi products about 6%.With the company’s production and operation scale gradually expanding,company D’s quality management has many problems:The product quality fluctuates too much,the company quality awareness of staff,customer complaints and other issues.This means that the original quality management of company D is no longer applicable.At this point,D needs to improve its quality management system to cope with the changing market.This article is based on the theory of total quality management and continual improvement that analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of implementing TQM in the current production background of company D.In view of the deficiencies of company D’s implementation of total quality management,this paper puts forward a theoretical solution,and also discusses how to implement the total quality management according to the characteristics of the enterprise,and finally meet customer needs.This article is divided into six parts,the first part: put forward the background of the problem,explain the purpose and significance of the research;the second part: theory and an overview of the literature,to learn by reading the related theory of total quality management and continuous improvement of the theory of related books and literature;the third part: the analysis of the status quo and problems of company D,through each link on the quality management of company D analysis,find out the deficiencies and analyzed;the fourth part: the combination of theoretical analysis and the present situation of quality management of company D and put forward a comprehensive quality management system optimization solutions;the fifth part:the implementation of security strategy that can ensure the smooth implementation of the solution conditions,the sixth part: put forward the future the prospect for comprehensive quality management status of company D and summarizes the improvement.In this paper,the application of total quality management and continuous improvement theory is used toanalyze the practical application of total quality management in this enterprise.Therefore,the research of this paper has the guidance or reference significance for this enterprise or similar enterprises. |
