Study On Activate Path Innovation Of Massive Idle Farm Houses From The Perspective Of Value Co-creation

“The activation rate of idle farm houses is the vitality index of rural revitalization!”Nowadays,the situation of idle farm houses across the country is shocking: the national average idle and semi-idle rate exceeds 40%,the idle rate in some areas is as high as 90% or more,and the stock of idle farm houses is more than 70 million in quantity,594 million in square meters and 400 billion yuan in worth.In order to exploit this massive “idle asset”,recover the dividends of idle farm houses,and empower rural revitalization,various localities have taken the “Idle Farm House Activation Plan” as a breakthrough to explore diversified practical approaches of the transformation from beautiful countryside to outstanding economy.However,from the perspective of the whole area,all elements,and the entire process,the activation plan of “Thousand Villages in One” is falling into the dilemma of “swarming farmhouses” and “failed activation”.The activation effect is not only unsatisfactory,but also worrying!Within the framework of the current farmland system,this paper explores an upgraded version of the activation path for the participation of multiple subjects,resource agglomeration,endogenous development,business diversity and effective assurance of farmers’ interests based on the perspective of value co-creation,plus the resource endowment and the industrial foundation of each region,so as to awake a large number of idle houses,cultivate new forms of village economy,and innovate new models of sustainable development for farmers,in order to effectively exploit the dividends of massive idle farm houses.This is not only the inevitable and natural approach for the revitalization of rural areas,but also the original intention and mission of this study!Thus,with the theory of value co-creation,this paper focuses on and studies the central issue of “innovating activation path of massive idle farm houses” through methods like oral history,focused group discussions,questionnaire surveys and so on to conduct field investigations on typical areas like Kaiyang in Guizhou,Jiangxia in Hubei,Shangyu in Zhejiang,etc.,obtaining first-hand data and materials.Starting from the theoretical basis and the pros and cons of activation plans,descriptive analysis and game analysis are carried out on the practices of the three typical areas,and concludes three practice models of “3211”,“4411”,and “5111”.On this basis,based on the value co-creation perspective,this paper tries to build a model of the factors affecting the activation performance of idle farm houses,and uses multiple regression to scientifically measure the actual performance and influencing factors of the activation of massive idle farm houses,and finally puts forward a package of highly targeted coping strategies.This paper consists of eight parts,as follows:Chapter One: Introduction.The background,purpose,significance,research review,research content and innovations are expounded.Chapter Two: Concept and theoretical overview.This part defines some concepts used in this research,and conducts an in-depth analysis of related theories,such as value co-creation theory,multiple game theory and sustainable livelihood theory,etc.,to find the convergence point of the theory and the research,and lays the foundation for follow-up research.Chapter Three: Analysis of the status quo of massive idle farm houses activation.This part illustrates the current status of the activation of typical idle farm houses in pilot areas in China,conducts a descriptive analysis of idle farm house activation,and summarizes the activation effects of different activation models.Chapter Four: Investigation and implementation of massive idle farm houses activation.This part discusses the basic situation of three typical areas of Shangyu,Jiangxia and Kaiyang,analyzes the different activation models and practical innovations in the these zones,uses the focused group discussion method to identify and analyze the resistance factors affecting the activation of idle farm houses,and applies the entropy weight method to determine the index weights.The method of fuzzy mathematics is also used to calculate and analyze the satisfaction of farmers under different modes.Chapter Five: Game analysis of massive idle farm houses activation.Aiming at the different subjects that are mainly involved in the activation in the three typical regions,a multi-dimensional game analysis is constructed from three perspectives:“Government-Leasers-Farmers”,“Government-Investors-Farmers”,and “Investors-Platform operators-Farmers”.This part analyzes the influence of each subject on the activation of idle farm houses under the influence of different strategies.Chapter Six: Empirical analysis of the activation mode of massive idle farm houses.This part purposes research hypothesis and constructs research models to conduct descriptive analysis of farmer samples from three typical areas.Furthermore,based on the activation path of value co-creation,this part attempts to construct the influential factors analysis model of idle farm houses from the level of individuals,internal driving force,and external driving force.The SPSS 22.0 tools is used to implement regression analysis to explore the impact of specific dimensions and variables of each level in the model on the activation of idle farm houses.Chapter Seven: Policy suggestions for the innovative activation paths for massive idle farm houses based on value co-creation.Based on the perspective of value co-creation,this part puts forward a package of targeted and practical countermeasures and suggestions for the activation paths of idle farmhouses.Chapter Eight: Summary and research prospect.This part systematically summarizes the full text and proposes research prospects.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)For the first time,the theory of value co-creation is introduced into the research field of idle farm house activation,and its operation mechanism and internal driving force are analyzed from a new perspective.The paper introduces the theory of value co-creation into the study of idle farms houses activation,studies the operation mechanism from a new perspective,and deeply explores the multiple resistances,endogenous power and exogenous thrust it faces,which enriches the research theory and research paradigm of idle farm house activation to a certain extent.(2)Using multiple analysis tools such as multiple game and regression analysis,the actual performance and influencing factors of the activation of massive idle farm houses are scientifically measured.This paper carries out field research in typical areas,obtains primary and secondary data and materials,and empirically measures the activation performance and influencing factors on the basis of the investigation of the activation status of massive idle farm houses,and uses game analysis tools to explore the game benefits and strategic choices of multiple subjects.(3)Put forward a package of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the activation of idle farm houses directly and ensure the interests of farmers.Based on value co-creation and the strategic needs of rural revitalization,a package of highly targeted coping strategies to activate path innovation is proposed,with certain application innovations.
