| In recent years,the construction industry has entered a long-term accelerated transformation period,due to the technical application level of industrialization and informatization,prefabricated buildings,BIM technology,urban intelligent construction has become more and more mature.There are both external and internal factors driving the traditional construction industry to get rid of the inherent labor-intensive structure to achieve construction transformation upgrading.From the external factors,construction companies need to embrace industrialization and informatization actively,at the same time,they also need to consider national policies and market needs closely.From the internal factors,it is essential for enterprises to upgrade and optimize internal organization structure.The opportunity brought by intelligent construction and building industrialization is a significant timing for the further development.There would be an obvious competitor advantage if a company completes structure upgrading in the competitive market.XN company,as a subsidiary of the largest leading state-owned building enterprise directly managed by the central government,has been engaged in mechanical and electrical construction projects since 2016.The company’s main business areas include strong and weak electricity,water supply and drainage,HVAC,which covers Sichuan,Chongqing,Hunan,Hubei and other places.XN Company has carried out a series of reformation and optimization of organization structure since 2018.The headquarter has completed the adjustments of departments and regional management structures.XN company makes a breakthrough in the employee and marketing scale,turning into the leading position in the Southwest and Central-South construction industry.The research,on the one hand,analyzes the practical effect of XN company’s organizational structure optimization problems,such as shortage of talents,marketing weaknesses,confusion of process,uncontrolled management.On the other hand,the case study also evaluates comprehensively through the external risks,internal resistance and relevant countermeasures encountered in the process.Meanwhile,negative influences,unbalanced regional development,unsmooth system operation and failure of internal control management caused by the optimization of organization structure has summarized in this thesis.The conclusion of research could provide organizational structure optimization experience in long-term development.According to academic references,researches in domestic building and case from XN company,the author summarized the actual needs and possible risks of organization structure optimization.The author emphasized the "headquarters plus regions" model and pointed out an improvement scheme about strengthening professional structure and regional structure at the same time.This thesis combined the previous theoretical research results and analyzed the actual case of the company,and put forward a set of reasonable improvement measures on this basis.This study is unprecedented in the field of building electromechanical engineering.To put it in a nutshell,the research could provide high-quality reference for the development and management of construction enterprises. |
