Afternearly10years of development and growth, A Company in Huaqiang ConstructionGroup has entered the high-speed growth period. But the internal managementproblem of A Company has exposed gradually either, such as lack of perfectmanagement system, low level of strategic management, and so on. The reason forthat is the inharmonious between high-speed growth of enterprise and the currententerprise organization structure. Organization structure is the carrier of enterprise’sproduction and business operation activities, so this paper is going to optimize theproject organization structure and Management process for solving the existingproblems of A company.Firstly, this paper analyses the present situation from the Project schedulecontrol, Project cost control, Project quality control, Project procurement management,Project information management and Project organization management, puts forwardthe problems of the six parts and the way of solve them. Secondly, uses the Strategicmanagement theory to analysis the external environment and internal conditions of Acompany, makes the company’s future development strategy with SWOT matrixanalysis. According to the company’s development strategy, this paper comes up withorganization structure and management process which suitable for the strategicthoroughly implement. Lastly, this paper put forwards the security measures ofoptimizing the organization structure and management process.
