Research On Industrial Spatial Differentiation And Influencing Factors In Shenyang Based On POI

Industrial spatial differentiation is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of urban development.It is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,the emergence of industrial spatial differentiation is often accompanied by the production of industrial agglomeration effect,which has a positive impact on cost saving,technology improvement and other aspects,and is an important driving force to promote industrial development.On the other hand,the emergence of industrial spatial differentiation also represents the unbalanced phenomenon of urban economic,social and service development,which affects the realization of the goal of sharing the development level with everyone.At present,the research of industry differentiation is in the ascendant.A large number of experts and scholars have studied the spatial differentiation of the new energy industry and high-tech industry through the panel data of the national,provincial,municipal and even county level.They have adopted various analysis methods such as spatial regression model and convergence analysis to carry out a detailed analysis of the causes and adjustment countermeasures of the industrial spatial differentiation.However,due to the elaboration and scientific consideration of urban development,few existing studies focus on the spatial differentiation and optimization of urban industry.Taking the central city of Shenyang,an old industrial city in northeast China,as the research sample,this paper uses literature analysis,geographic information technology research,POI data and population data processing methods,and conducts a detailed analysis of the spatial differentiation of industries in the nine central districts of Shenyang through various analysis methods such as spatial autocorrelation analysis and cold hot spot analysis of the reclassified POI data.On this basis,by establishing road network model and population grid model,neighborhood analysis method and spatial econometric model are adopted to analyze the three influencing factors of industrial spatial differentiation: transportation facilities,population distribution and innovation and entrepreneurship parks.Based on the above research results,the problems and causes of industrial spatial distribution in Shenyang are summarized,including the excessive polarization of the secondary industry,the shift of industrial center of gravity,and the hierarchical nature of industrial development.The causes include geographical environment factors,resource endowment factors and policy factors.Finally,aiming at the practical problems existing in Shenyang industrial spatial differentiation,this paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestions.
