Research On Spatial-temporal Differentiation Of China’s Three Industrial Integration Development

At present,Under the new normal,it is urgent to find nodes for the integration and development of three industries,so as to inject new impetus into the sustainable and healthy development of the economy.With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence,intelligentization,networking,deregulation,and innovation management have led to a gradual change in the value creation process,which has gradually weakened,blurred or even disappeared the industrial structure boundaries within the same industry or between different industries.As a new trend in the development of modern industries,the integration of the three industries is a new industry development method that promotes the optimization and upgrading of the traditional industrial structure and promotes the expansion and extension of traditional industries in search of new developments,meeting higher levels of consumer demand and giving the industry new vitality.A reasonable industrial structure can effectively allocate resources,promote economic growth,and bring new development opportunities for economic development.This research focuses on the development of the three industries,and quantitatively characterizes the development trend and evolution characteristics of the three industries.It provides a reference for the development of the three industries in each region in China,and it is of great significance to promote the development of industry integration in each region.This study uses principal component analysis,non-parametric stochastic frontier model,and spatial statistical analysis methods.By constructing a three-industrial integration development evaluation index system,we have calculated the level of three industrial integration development in 31 provinces(cities)in China from 2006 to 2017,and explored the provinces Spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics of the city’s three industrial integration developments.The research results show that the overall level of development of the three industries in China is relatively low and there is much room for improvement;there is significant spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity,and the phenomenon of bipolar agglomeration is becoming more and more obvious.All regions should continuously improve the benefit sharing mechanism for cross-regional cooperation and gradually reduce the mutual restraint among provinces(cities).Based on the economic foundation,resource endowment,industrial characteristics and other factors of each province(city),identify the growth points of industrial integration,actively promote the development of the three industries,and narrow the differences between the three industries in each region.The results show that the level of development of China’s three industrial integration is generally low,and there is much room for improvement.During the research period,the level of industrial integration and development of China’s three industries showed an overall upward trend,but there was a significant gap between regions,and this gap tended to increase with the passage of time.There is significant spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity in the three industrial integration developments in different regions ofChina,and the phenomenon of bipolar agglomeration is becoming more and more obvious.And classify the reasons for the spatial differentiation of the three industrial convergence development in different regions,and explain the reasons for the spatial differentiation from the perspective of mechanism analysis,on this basis,it is proposed that each region should increase its efforts to adjust and optimize its industrial structure,give full play to its regional strategic advantages,and raise the level of integrated development of the three industries,and implement precise policies,to narrow the gap between the three industrial convergence,improve the benefit-sharing mechanism of cross-regional cooperation and gradually reduce the mutual inhibition between the provinces(cities).Based on the factors of each province(city),such as Base,resource endowment,and industrial characteristics,we should find out the growth point of industrial convergence,actively promote the development of industrial convergence,and narrow the differences among the three industrial convergence in each region.
