High-quality economic development was first proposed in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is a continuation of the important concept of " Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver " proposed by President Xi Jinping. The extensive and large-displacement economic development model in the past has run counter to the current concept of high-quality economic development. To create a resource-saving,low-carbon,environmentally friendly, orderly and efficient green economic development model, and to establish a green,low-carbon,and circular development of the economic system is the only way.is the general trend. Therefore, this thesis aims to depict the current situation of the development level of green finance in my country, analyze the mechanism of the development of green financial development that affects the productivity of green full factor, and analyzes the overflowing effect of provincial green finance on the growth of green all-factor productivity from a spatial perspective.Suggestions of high-quality economic development give rationalization. This thesis attempts to explore the impact of green finance on the influence of green financial development on the full-factor productivity of green finance.First of all, based on the provincial-level data of China’s 30 regions as research samples, the construction of the level of green financial development index systems to measure and evaluate the development of green finance in various regions of China;second, select the corresponding input-output indicators, and use the introduction of non-introduction to non-non-improvisation indicators. The expected SBM model measures and analyzes the green full-factor productivity of the 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions of China from 2009-2020;again,the empirical test of the impact of the level of green financial development level in China’s provincial level on green all-factor productivity.First use a fixed effect model to consider the impact of the level of green finance’s development level on the productivity of green all-factor productivity, and then use the space Dubin model to explore the space overflow effect of green finance development on the full-factor productivity. The results of the study show that during the sample period, the level of green financial development in most provinces and cities has increased, and the overall level of green financial development in China has shown a steady rise. There is still much room for development in some areas with low level of green finance.Second, from 2009 to 2020,the productivity efficiency of green all-factor element in various provinces and cities in China generally showed a trend of decreased first and then increased.Efficiency progress has a vital role in the improvement of green full-factor productivity of all provinces and cities. It is also high in productivity.Third, the level of green finance has a positive positive effect on the productivity of green all-factor.As far as the economically developed eastern region is concerned, the level of green finance in the eastern region has the effect of pulling the improvement of green all-factor productivity, and the driving effect is more obvious than the national level.Fourth,China’s green full factor productivity has a significant positive correlation between space. In areas with similar productivity of green all-factor,there is a clustering of space in space, and there is a phenomenon of space agglomeration. This means that the local green full factor productivity is not only related to the local characteristics, but also related to other adjacent areas. Finally, according to the results of the research, corresponding suggestions on how Green Finance can better promote the improvement of green all-factor productivity.
