| A good advantage of resource endowment is the key to promote national economic growth.Giving full play to the advantage of resource endowment and forming an industrial system with regional characteristics is one of the only ways for modernization.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the selection and development of Tibetan characteristic industries from the perspective of resource endowment can make the characteristic industries become the driving force for the economic growth of ethnic minority areas,which will help to improve the efficiency of resource use,further promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,improve economic benefits and enhance competitiveness,and also play an important role in the construction of a harmonious society in Tibet.The purpose of this study is mainly to build a system framework of industries with Tibetan characteristics,select suitable industries with Tibetan characteristics,propose countermeasures and suggestions to continuously promote the development of industries with Tibetan characteristics,further refine the study of industries with Tibetan characteristics,and provide more adequate theoretical support for the improvement of relevant policies.Based on this purpose,this paper follows the idea of "theoretical research--selection and evaluation system construction--determining the direction and categories of characteristic industry selection--industry evaluation--building the framework of Xizang characteristic industry system--putting forward countermeasures and suggestions".The specific contents include:(1)Theoretical research starts with ethnic economics theory and ethnic sociology theory,explores the intersection of theories--resource endowment theory,and defines related concepts based on resource endowment theory.(2)According to the selection principle,the mode and thinking of characteristic industry selection are set up,and the index system of development evaluation of Xizang characteristic industry is constructed.(3)Use qualitative analysis to analyze the resource structure and economic development level of Tibet,and give the general direction and categories of characteristic industries.(4)Based on the construction of the evaluation index system,the industry is comprehensively graded to verify the results of qualitative selection.(5)Combining the results of qualitative selection and empirical evaluation,the framework of Xizang characteristic industry system is constructed,including two major systems: plateau characteristic industry with plateau biological industry and green industry as the core,and characteristic service system with tourism and trade as the core,and characteristic industries suitable for development in various cities are selected.(6)Give countermeasures and suggestions to continuously promote the development of Xizang characteristic industries,including optimizing plateau biological industry and implementing brand strategy;Cultivate and expand green industry to achieve economies of scale;Promote the development of trade and logistics industry and enhance regional cooperation;A series of countermeasures and suggestions to develop characteristic tourism and strengthen industrial integration.In general,based on previous research results,this paper innovates from research perspectives and research methods,clarifies the thinking principles for the selection and development of industries with Tibetan characteristics,constructs the framework of the development system of industries with Tibetan characteristics,forms the basic theoretical framework for the study of industries with Tibetan characteristics,and further refines the research on the development of industries with Tibetan characteristics by selecting industries with Tibetan characteristics in seven prefectures and cities.And provide more detailed theoretical support.However,due to the constraints of the secret of some statistical data in Tibet and the difficulty in obtaining literature,there are still deficiencies in the selection of models and the construction of empirical indicators,which need to be further improved in future theoretical research.We also look forward to the valuable suggestions of experts and scholars on this paper. |
