Trend Of Agricultural Industrial Structure And Characteristic Industrialization In Tibet

The remote Tibet Autonomous Region is located on the Tibetan Plateau, with most areaat high altitude. Due to the limit of natural resources, high elevation and cold weather, theagricultural structure is simple and unbalanced, which develops slowly and mainly focus ontraditional agricultural and animal husbandry. At present, Tibet is at the most stationary phasein history, we must speed up the traditional transformation and develop modern agriculture indue time based on the Tibetan reality thus to stand out industry feature with resourcesadvantage. It is of great significance for the Tibet to realize the overstepping development ofthe economic society.In this paper, field survey and literature reviews was adopted to systematically study theagricultural structure of Tibet Autonomous Region, and make the analysis of developmenttrend of special regional advantage of the seven cities. To analyze and evaluate theagricultural characteristics and industrialization process, and making plans on practicalproblem of Tibet by agriculture economics and sustainable development theories, as well aspoint out the direction of industrialization of regional featured agriculture based on theevolvement rule of agriculture, forestry and fishery animal husbandry. The general findingshave been generated from present study:1Compared the agriculture structure from2003to2011, according to the proportion ofthe four industries, farming and animal husbandry have absolute superiority while forestry isin decline and the fishery just begins. We have to analysis and compare the evolvement rulesof the structure of land utilization, agricultural labor use, agricultural funds use and featureindustry to make adjustment for the existing problems. Analysis and development of livestockfarming is not coordinated; serious deterioration of grassland ecosystems, livestockproductivity to decline; woodland area, volume proportion of serious disorders, productionand sales of timber in chaos, causing serious waste of forestry resources; development offisheries industry, many issues management, research, technology promotion and otheraspects, in accordance with the principle of local conditions, play areas, and actively adjustthe structure of farming, compression is incompatible with market demand quality and variety,increase the technology content, to develop the base, gradually formed the production scale,intensive industrialization of the industrial zones and industrial restructuring. 2To implement the strategy of feature agricultural, we built the base, developed industry,cultivated enterprise, created brand and established the farmers economic cooperationorganization to promote production level and farmer income. While problems of developmentscale, technology, production system, processing, circulation, organizational degree andconcept of the mass still exist. Thus, Raised in support of national policies and financialresources, the vigorous implementation of Tibet plans to develop economies of scale, andactively cultivate leading enterprises, to develop leading enterprises, to encourage agriculturaland livestock exports and improve the technological level of the other measures,.we need toguide future trends and directions.
