Boosted by world economic development and social progress, the socialist market economy system of China becomes increasingly complete, with obvious improvement of marketization degree and increasingly complicated and rapid environmental change of the whole market. On the one hand, the private enterprise has become one of light spots in national economy, which imposes a large impact on development of national economy, meanwhile drives economic progress of China; on the other hand, survival and development environment of the private enterprise constitutes a determinant to the private enterprise for healthy growth.Since the reform and opening-up, the private economy of China experiences out of nothing, from small to large, and from week to strong. Thanks to the support of national policy efforts of the private enterprise, the private economy gradually presents flourish, and has become the crucial engine to promote development of the productive force, making tremendous contribution to constant, rapid and healthy development of national economy. It can be said that market economy creates glory of private economy, meanwhile, the private economy boosts development of market economy."The12th Five-Year Plan", the critical period to build well-off society in an all-around way, constitutes the cricial period to intensifying the reform and opening-up, accelerating transformation of the economic development mode. During this period, along with further development of market economy, many private enterprises fail to have the clear awareness that they shall implement organizational reform and strategic adjustment properly in different development stages to guarantee healthy and long-term development of enterprises, therefore, they suffer from development bottleneck, some even are on the verge of business failure. It is essential for us to provide thought for development of private enterprises by means of deep analysis on successful cases of the private enterprises, so as to promote healthy and rapid development of private enterprises.From the perspective of life cycle of private enterprise development, they are filled with vitality in the pioneering period, with flexibility and creativity. During this period, in spite of many problems existing in organizational construction and strategic selection, effect and performance are outstanding, which gives many private enterprises a rapid development period. However, entering this development period, many management problems expose, the question for us is how to respond to problems of private enterprises in different life cycle? For this reason, it is of great realistic significance to research of growth of national private enterprises.The Spring Plant, starting from spring in1980s, starting from nothing, from small to large, has developed into the well-off industrial group that possesses four industries, and it represents vigorous development of national private enterprises undoubtedly. This paper, from the perspective of corporate life cycle, through analysis of the well-off industrial company in the growth and development stage, discusses the influences and functions of various factors to corporate strategy, organizational structure, managerial mode, management process and organizational culture, so as to indicate directions to the future development of Chongqing well-off industrial enterprises, meanwhile, provide some reference and enlightenment to national private enterprises for growth and development.The method of case analysis is adopted in this paper based on following structure.Part I is the introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background of this paper, and then leads to the research objective and significance, with introduction of the frame structure of this paper and the specific research method.Part II is the literature review. This part summarizes the research basis of this paper in three aspects of the corporate life cycle theory, organizational reform and strategic reform, both domestically and internationally, and proves research significance of this paper from anther perspective.Part III conducts analysis on the current situation of the well-off industrial corporation. Through analysis and research in this part, a basic understanding is formed in aspects of company scale of the well-off industrial corporation in this stage, together with development history and organizational structure. The analytical method is utilized in this paper to analyze strength and weakness of the well-off industry in the current stage, as well as facing opportunity and threats.Part â…£ conducts analysis on causes of problems facing the pioneering period of the well-off industry on the basis of internal and external environment in this period, to summarize specific solutions aiming at these problems based on own characteristics of the-well-off industry and development experience of this period ultimately.Part V conducts systematic analysis and research on problems facing in a long term, causes of problems as well as specific solutions, and discusses organizational reform and strategic adjustment of the well-off industrial corporation in the growth stage based on the research thought of the previous chapter.Party VI, on the basis of problems, causes of problems and specific solutions, conducts research on the strategy and organizational reform mode adopted by the well-off industrial corporation in the growth stage in a detailed and deep way from multiple perspectives.Based on mentioned analysis, with combination of the physical development condition of the well-off industrial corporation, this paper draws five enlightenments in Part â…¦:this first is to be prepared for danger in times of safety, and change in times of danger; the second is importance of life cycle in strategic and organizational reform; the third is corresponding adjustment of the corporate organizational structure along change in internal and external environment of enterprises; the fourth is that design of organizational structure shall serve for the strategic target of the company; the fifth is to free our mind, with both inheritage and innovation.In the writing process, this paper conducts analysis with the method with combination of case study, theoretical research, comparative study and inductive research. The research method of comparison and induction is adopted in this paper on relevant literature involving the corporate life cycle theory, organizational reform and strategic reform, with systematic settlement. This paper insists on the method with combination of the theoretical analysis and demonstration investigation to analyze and conclude previous domestic and foreign studies, evaluate research of relevant theories, which lays the theoretical basis for research. Adhering to the concept of development, this paper surveys the organizational form and strategic selection of the well-off industrial corporation in various stages of the life cycle with objective standard and wild vision wht combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, seizes the key point of problems, raises specific solutions with evaluation facing the well-off industry in this stage, for reference to development of the private enterprise, and to provide thought for future development of well-off industry.The main contribution and the innovation point of this paper are to utilize the macro-environment analysis method, SWOT analysis method as well as five forces model method, to conduct deep analysis on the physical environment of the well-off industry, with combination of theory and reality, to provide the new thought to the private enterprise for development.
