| Under the superimposed influence of increasingly complex international environment,constantly updated business models and scientific and technological progress,enterprises must be inseparable from the continuous drive of innovation to gain advantages in market economy competition.As the source of continuous innovation of enterprises,employees need to carry out independent innovation activities to maintain the vitality and inexhaustible vitality of enterprises.However,the risks and challenges faced by employees in carrying out innovative activities may discourage employees from innovating at any time,causing employees to abandon innovative activities.Therefore,how to dispel employees’ concerns and enhance employees’ innovative behavior has become a hot topic in the academic circles.Employee innovation behavior is the key to achieving competitive advantage,how to cultivate employees and make them develop their talents has become an important part of the enterprise management process.The leaders of organizational management are the leaders of enterprises,and in recent years,leadership style has become a top priority in the antecedent variable that influences employees’ innovative behavior.This paper proposes that the leadership style of affinity and humor will also have an impact on employees’ innovative behavior,and then deeply explore the mechanism and boundary conditions of affinity and humor leadership to play an effect on employees’ innovative behavior.This paper mainly explores the relationship between affinity and humorous leadership and employees’ innovative behavior.Firstly,based on literature research,the connotations of four variables of affinity and humorous leadership,employee innovation behavior,employee trust and organizational innovation atmosphere are clarified,and the relevant research is summarized,and employee trust is selected as the mediating variable based on social cognition theory and organizational innovation atmosphere is selected as the regulating variable based on social exchange theory,and an adjustable mediation model is constructed.The questionnaire data numbers of employees in private enterprises will be brought into SPSS25.0 and AMOS23.0 software for reliability and validity testing and related analysis.Finally,it is concluded that affinity and humor leadership positively act on employee innovation behavior,in which employee trust plays a mediating role between the two,and organizational innovation atmosphere has been shown to be a moderating variable between affinity and humor leadership and employee trust.This research aims to explore the "black box" of affinity and humorous leadership on employees’ innovative behavior,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to enhance employees’ innovative behavior in the future. |
