China is a human network society.Enterprise management in China may be not the same with the western management model.Emotional leadership is one of leadership that have attracted the attention of home and abroad scholars in recent years.There is a study show that emotional leadership has a significant impact on behavior of employee.However,there is no conclusion of the relationship between emotional leadership and innovation behavior.The impact of transformational leadership on employee innovation has been verified.But the research is still in the preliminary stage that which kind of leadership has a more significant impact on innovative behavior.Therefore,the study tries to verify the impact of emotional leadership and transformational leadership on innovation behavior,and compare the differences between these two types of leadership.Leader-member exchange has a stronger intermediary between emotional care and organizational behavior.Leader trust can improve psychological security,so it is positively regulating the relationship between leadership and innovation behavior.Therefore,the study selects leader-member exchange as an intermediary variable and leader trust as an adjustment variable into the framework of research.The conclusions of the study are as follows.Emotional leadership has a significant positive impact on leader-member exchange and innovation behavior.Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on leader-member exchange and innovation behavior.Leadermember exchange undertakes the mediating effects between emotional leadership and innovation behavior.Leader-member exchange undertakes the mediating effects between transformational leadership and innovation behavior.Emotional leadership has a more positive impact in promoting innovation behavior than transformational leadership.Leader trust can regulate the influence of emotional leadership on innovation behavior positively.Leader trust can regulate the influence of transformational leadership on innovation behavior positively.
