| The impact of leadership style behavior on employee behavior has been a management subject of more attention in recent years.Among them,scholars have carried out a series of studies on the relationship between empowering leadership and employee innovation behavior,and a large number of studies have found that empowering leadership plays a significant role in motivating employees and promoting employee innovation behavior.However,according to the existing research results,scholars have considered the relationship between empowering leadership and employees’ innovative behavior,mostly from the psychological level of employees.For example,they have explored the intermediary mechanisms such as psychological capital,psychological empowermen,and the exchange relationship between leaders and members.Few scholars have paid attention to the new mechanism of employees’job crafting.At the same time,few studies have taken cultural factors into consideration,but this thesis focuses on two relatively special moderating variables of zhongyong thinking and team innovation atmosphere,and proposes that it will affect the role of authorized leadership in employee innovation.Therefore,this study not only considers the new intermediary mechanism of job crafting,but also introduces the zhongyong thinking and team atmosphere as adjusting variables from the two new directions of culture and team.Compared with the existing theoretical research,it has some innovation.This thesis is expected to solve three problems in the research.First,consider the new intermediary mechanism,select work crafting as the intermediary variable,and deeply explore the impact of empowering leadership on employees’ innovative behavior through job crafting;Second,pay attention to the moderating variable of zhongyong thinking from the perspective of cultural factors,and deeply explore the moderating role of zhongyong thinking between empowering leadership and employees’ innovative behavior;Third,from the perspective of team factors,pay attention to the new regulatory variable of team atmosphere,and deeply explore the regulatory role of team atmosphere between empowering leadership and employees’innovative behavior.Based on the above three research questions,this thesis proposes research hypotheses.This study proposes hypotheses,defines variables,constructs models,and collects data through a questionnaire method,using SPSS26.0 statistical software for empirical analysis.Based on the empirical research results,it is found that:first,empowering leadership can better promote employees’ innovative behavior through job crafting,which plays a significant intermediary effect between empowering leadership behavior and employees’ innovative behavior;Second,zhongyong thinking plays a negative role in the role of empowering leadership in employees’ innovative behavior;Third,team atmosphere plays a positive role in the role of empowering leadership in employee innovation behavior.To sum up,this thesis considers the new intermediary mechanism of job crafting,introduces the zhongyong thinking and team atmosphere,and deeply demonstrates the influence relationship between empowering leadership and employee innovation behavior,confirms the intermediary effect of job crafting in the influence mechanism of empowering leadership and employee innovation,and also finds the negative moderation role of zhongyong thinking in the influence mechanism of empowering leadership and employee innovation,And the positive regulatory role of team atmosphere in the influence mechanism of empowering leadership and employee innovation,which provides certain theoretical reference and practical help for enterprise human resource management. |
