Critique Of Digital Capitalism And Research On The Construction Of "Digital China"

As the product of the coupling of capital multiplication logic and digital technology,digital capitalism is the latest manifestation of capitalism in the digital age,and also becomes the tool of neoliberalism to extend its global hegemony.Data,a new factor of production,has become an important part of digital capitalism because of its fragmentation,immediacy and low transmission cost.Driven by digital technological innovation and globalization,digital capitalism has unleashed tremendous productivity and profoundly changed people’s traditional ways of production and life.Relying on the expansion of production space by digital technology and the improvement of efficiency in circulation field,capitalism has gained new vitality,and in a more hidden way,with the help of consumption,entertainment and other means of free possession of material products and control of the spiritual world,deepening the living dilemma of universal alienation of subjects in the digital age.Faced with the full control of digital capitalism,leftwing accelerationists,such as Nick Srnicek,try to push the technology to accelerate,so as to break out of the prison of digital capitalism.However,it is doomed to be a utopian theoretical vision because it avoids the formation of the subject of revolution and is confined to the framework of capitalist production relations.Digital labor subverts traditional material labor and combines both material production and immaterial emotional output.Therefore,it is freely possessed by digital capitalism in the way of general intelligence.The dissemination of ideology in the form of entertainment and consumption also casts a veil of mystery over digital capitalism.In the face of the global hegemonic rule of digital capitalism and the denial of Marx’s labor theory of value by Western scholars based on the new form of digital labor,it is of profound significance to uncover the digital fog and deeply explain the ruling mechanism of digital capitalism,which is not only the need of the development of Marxist theory,but also conducive to the in-depth implementation of the strategy of "digital China".At present,most of the academic discussion on digital capitalism is to introduce and paraphrase the ideas of western scholars,and negate them according to the traditional textbook system,which is not convincing enough.This paper aims to reveal the all-round hegemonic rule of digital capitalism,that is,it not only continues the possession and exploitation of surplus value economically,but also realizes the discipline of subject and social governance spiritually.First of all,from the origin of digital capitalism,gradually explore the reasons and characteristics of the development of digital capitalism,to reveal the true face of digital fog.By analyzing the production of material labor and non-material labor in the economy of digital capitalism,this paper not only reveals the material exploitation brought by extending working time and increasing work intensity from the aspects of absolute and relative surplus value,but also points out the essence of virtual land rent in the digital age which occupies the general intelligence of labor group without compensation.While affirming Marx’s labor theory of value,it carries on new development.At the same time,in the political aspect,it discusses the fact that digital capitalism dispels the traditional way of political struggle so as to make the revolutionary subjective force disappear,and combined with the life politics theory of Foucault and Agamben,it points out that digital capitalism constructs the digital panorama prison as the device of life political production through the way of discipline,making people fall into the situation of universal alienation and manipulation.Based on the analysis of the hegemonic rule of digital capitalism,this paper explores the path of resisting digital capitalism from the perspective of leftist accelerationism.This paper points out the return of leftwing accelerationism to Marx in essence,introduces its theoretical propositions and concrete practical measures,and analyzes its theoretical limitations and localism unavoidable in practical activities.On the verge of the dissolution of left-wing accelerationism,this paper explores the new potential revolutionary subjectivity force under digital capitalism from the perspective of technological potential,productivity criticism and production relations criticism,and analyzes the revolutionary potential of blockchain,Internet of Things,metauniverse,precariat and Cyborg.Finally,through the criticism of digital capitalism and the reflection of historical materialism,summed up the experience that is beneficial to the optimization of digital construction in China.This paper analyzes the characteristics and experience of China’s digital road development since the implementation of the "digital China" strategy,as well as the specific aspects that reflect the superiority of the socialist system.On the basis of absorbing the excellent experience of western countries,this paper puts forward new prospects for the future development of digital construction.
