| In recent years,with the gradual implementation of agricultural policy,it becomes a tendency to establish many kinds of new agricultural socialized service organizations.The promotion of the policy undoubtedly encourages the development of agricultural enterprises,but with the continuous progress of scientific and technological agriculture,the employment pattern of agricultural industry also changes.What can’t be ignored is that the agricultural industry generally has the characteristics of low pay and manual labor.Therefore,most agricultural enterprises also have the problem of employee turnover.Wuwei Ronghua New Agriculture Co.,Ltd.is the holding subsidiary of Wuwei Ronghua Industry and Trade Group Co.,LTD.,mainly engaged in forage planting;Animal husbandry;Dairy products processing,sales.As an agricultural company with local characteristics,Ronghua Agricultural Company has been established for nearly ten years.After nearly ten years of development,the company’s business in the local gradually recognized.However,in recent years,as the company continues to seek transformation and development,it is faced with the problem of employee turnover as well as new opportunities.The frequent turnover of employees has caused a significant impact on the development of the company.Wuwei Ronghua Group in the early establishment of the family management model,Ronghua agricultural company is also deeply affected by Ronghua Group management model.On the basis of a full understanding of domestic and foreign literature,this paper first determines the research idea for the employee turnover of the company.It adopts the original data materials provided by the human resources department of Ronghua Group and Ronghua Agricultural Company as the research basis,and finally determines the contents of questionnaire survey and interview through field visits,review of the company’s development records,communication with the company’s employees and other ways.After solid data collection and analysis,combined with the current situation of employee turnover of the company,summarized the causes of employee turnover.During the investigation,the questionnaire and interview outline were designed according to the theory of employee satisfaction and other relevant theories,distributed to all departments through the human resources Department of the company,and then filled in and submitted.The questionnaire and interview for the resigned employees are conducted by telephone and face-to-face interview.After data collection,focus on salary,performance appraisal,corporate culture construction and other aspects,multi-angle analysis,so as to get the impact of Ronghua Agricultural company employee turnover reasons.Finally,through the way of combining with the theory,it puts forward the concrete measures to improve the employee career development system,strengthen the enterprise culture construction and the corresponding protection scheme.In addition,the author puts forward effective solutions to the legal risks which are easy to appear in the process of employee dimission by combining with the Labor Law. |
