Psychological Contract as a hot research topic in Organizational Behavior field in recent years, refers to a series of not documented, intangible, and implicit expectations between the organization and the individual, which is a kind of no written rules of the psychological expectations. The domestic and foreign scholars have conducted the research on the multi angle of view, including the content of Psychological Contract, psychological contract relationship, employee psychological contract analysis etc. Many researches to Psychological Contract’s influence factors and the results are analyzed, such as the relationship between psychological contract and perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job performance relationship between variables. Macneil proposed a deal- relationships on a two-dimensional structure model.The two dimension refers to the transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract, which are the two significant variables affecting the new employee job satisfaction, and the key to research turnover intention of the new employee. Organization Authorization is an organizational efforts, its purpose is to form a complete psychological empowerment and organizational performance among staff. Nowadays, the attention of employees is changing from the original salary welfare more and more into organizational recognition and job satisfaction. Enterprises can give employees the freedom and the right to work or not, which directly affects the staff’s psychological feeling. The domestic and international research on the organization authorization is few.This paper take the analysis of Matthews et a1.(2003) as the basis, research the influence of Organization Authorization which on the relationship of Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention.The new employee of private enterprises mainly refers to the staff entered within two years which was born in 1985 to 1995. Recently new employees show a high turnover rate, job hopping, and low loyalty typical characteristics, and this characteristics are mainly reflected in the small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises. This phenomenon is rare in state-owned institution. Therefore this paper selects new employees of private enterprises as the research object, analysis two dimensions of Psychological Contract affecting Turnover Intention, and the Organization Authorization’s effects. Hope the result of the study could provide theoretical basis for the private enterprises management practice.The result of this study shows that, trading and relational dimensions of Psychological Contract respectively related to turnover intention through job satisfaction, and Organization Authorization regulates cannot effect on this relationship.
