With the development of the digital economy,the development of fintech companies is more focused on innovation-driven performance improvement.Talent recruitment is the source of excellent talents for enterprises and is the first important link.As a financial technology company,Shenzhen UX has a fast growing demand for high quality research and development talents.However,the company’s existing recruitment management system is inadequate,the stability of research and development personnel is poor,recruitment is difficult,the efficiency of talent recruitment cannot meet the development of the enterprise,and the recruitment management work is under pressure.Therefore,optimizing the existing talent recruitment method can help UX to recruit the right talents,and also enhance the employees’ sense of identity and belonging to the company,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both the company and the excellent talents.This paper takes the optimization of the recruitment management system for research and development personnel of Shenzhen UX Company as the research theme,through reviewing and summarizing the domestic and foreign research on recruitment management,understanding the theories related to recruitment and investigating the present situation of recruitment management in the company of UX by questionnaire and interview method,analyzing the problems in recruitment management and the causes of these problems,combined with the development.On the basis of this,one of the major objectives is to optimize the recruitment management system,and proposed the optimization plan from seven aspects,including the optimization of recruitment demand analysis,the optimization of recruitment channels,the optimization of recruitment process,the optimization of talent recruitment and selection,the optimization of employee hiring,the optimization of recruitment evaluation and the construction of professional recruitment team,etc.At the same time,the company put forward the corresponding guarantee measures from four aspects,such as system guarantee,management support,corporate culture leading and financial guarantee,to ensure that the recruitment management system of UX can be optimized.At the same time,the corresponding guarantee measures are proposed in four aspects,such as institutional guarantee,management support,corporate culture leadership and financial guarantee,its aim is to make sure that it has the smooth implementation of the optimization systemThe problems of long recruitment cycle,low recruitment efficiency and human-enterprise matching will be solved by the optimization of the recruitment management system of UX.In this paper,we hope that through the practical application of the staff recruitment management system optimization program of Shenzhen UX,we can explore the staff recruitment methods and processes suitable for fast-growing technology companies and optimize the related work of enterprise human resource management,in order to provide valuable reference cases for people who work in the same industry and taking effective measures to address recruitment issues for the future.
