| National health is an important foundation for the economic and social development of China.In recent years,China has implemented a range of strategies to promote the steady growth of medical health resources,resulting in a rapid expansion of the medical health service industry.The application of 5G,cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence technologies in the medical health field has had a significant impact on the optimization of medical health resource allocation and the advancement of medical health services,thus demonstrating the potential for further growth in the industry.D Company,as a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Telecom,has established a complete production,marketing,and service system for the medical health informatization industry,and based on its industry advantages in Gansu Province,has begun to extensively expand its market nationwide.This paper conducted an analysis of the internal and external environment of D Company’s medical health informatization business and,utilizing the framework and theory of enterprise business competitive strategy research,aimed to explore a clearer direction for business development and a more reasonable business competitive strategy for D Company in the increasingly fierce industry competition,in order to achieve the long-term healthy development of D Company in the medical health informatization industry.For this purpose,the paper first clarified key concepts and summarized domestic and foreign competitive strategies as well as relevant research results on medical health informatization enterprises.Based on this foundation,it utilized appropriate tools to conduct an analysis of the external environment,including the macro environment,industry environment,competitive landscape,and positioning of D Company within the industry.In addition,the paper conducted an internal environment analysis of the company’s resources,capabilities,and culture.On the basis of this analysis,it then employed the SWOT matrix to match the internal and external environmental factors of D Company’s medical health informatization business and used the QSPM matrix to nail down a differentiation competitive strategy that is suitable for the company in the medical health informatization business.Finally,it outlined the implementation path of the competitive strategy through the Balanced Scorecard(strategy map)and proposed specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy in terms of organization,personnel,finance,and technology.The research presented in this paper is intended to provide constructive ideas and reference opinions for D Company to continuously establish competitive advantages and effectively respond to market competition.Additionally,this paper serves as a valuable exploration and discussion on how similar enterprises and businesses can further win broad market space in complex environments. |
