| Build a firm line of defense in production safety and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee.In order to build a higher level of peace in China and implement the overall national security concept,it is significant to deepen the peace creation activities.And with the continuous expansion of production and construction space,projects will inevitably be restricted by space.Safety accidents are an important factor affecting the smooth running of space-constrained projects.Compared with other projects,the operating environment of space-constrained projects is more severe,and workers have a higher chance of making mistakes at work,and an active error management atmosphere can promote the learning and communication of errors among employees,thus improving the safety performance of workers.Therefore,this paper focuses on analyzing the error management atmosphere in space-constrained projects and discusses the effect of error management atmosphere on workers’ safety performance,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for reducing safety accidents in spaceconstrained projects.Based on a review of relevant literature,the research is mainly carried out through the following sections.Firstly,through reading and sorting out a large number of relevant literature,this article selects transformational leadership and task cohesion as the influencing factors of the error management climate in spaceconstrained projects,and analyzes the internal logic between the variables.Based on accident causation theory and social information processing theory,this article constructs a research model of the driving factors of the error management climate in space-constrained projects and their impact on employee safety performance,and proposed the regulatory role of different organizational cultures.After that,according to the research design,personnel working in a space-constrained environment were selected as research subjects for questionnaire distribution and collection.Subsequently,data statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted on 255 valid questionnaires collected.The results show that error management climate can significantly improve workers’ safety performance,and employee oriented organizational culture can positively adjust the impact of error management climate on safety performance;Both transformational leadership and task cohesion have a significant positive impact on the error management climate;The error management atmosphere completely mediates the impact of transformational leadership on safety performance,and partially mediates the impact of task cohesion on safety performance.After that,based on empirical research data,this article uses system dynamics to simulate the error management climate and its driving factors for space-constrained projects to obtain their changing trends,and compares the simulation results to analyze the intervention effects of different influencing factors and intervention strategies on error management climate and safety performance.The simulation results show that although the level of task cohesion and transformational leadership improve the level of error management climate and safety performance,the impact effect is different at different stages of the project,and the impact effect of task cohesion on error management climate and employee safety performance is greater in the early stage of the project,and the impact effect of transformational leadership is greater in the later stage,so construction companies should Adjust the management focus.This study further enriches the theoretical system of error management climate and employee safety performance in space-constrained projects,which can provide reference and reference for project managers to grasp the mechanism of worker safety performance enhancement and is important for reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on the findings,this study provides certain insights for the management of space-constrained projects: managers should improve the level of transformational leadership;during the project,especially in the early stage of the project,they should actively issue tasks to promote cooperation among employees and improve the error communication among employees;they should promote the construction of team error management atmosphere and encourage employees to actively exchange and learn from their error experience;team building activities should be increased to emphasize the growth and development of employees,so that they voluntarily participate in the project safety production,so as to more effectively stimulate the high level of employee safety performance. |
