Research On The Impact Of Technology Finance On The Industrialization Potential Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Manufacturing Enterprises

The Report on the Work of the Government has repeatedly emphasized the strategic goal of building a strong manufacturing country.It is necessary to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,diversify the organizational system of the financial service manufacturing industry,and make multiple financial forces form a joint force.The five departments actively responded to the Report on the Work of the Government and jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Financial Support for the Construction of a Manufacturing Power,emphasizing that qualified financial institutions should set up science and technology financial franchises,provide differentiated services to manufacturing enterprises,and set up green channels.Based on supporting technological development,strengthen support for technological innovation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in manufacturing enterprises,and implement the project of technology finance to assist in the construction of a strong manufacturing country.The constantly improved scientific and technological financial system is highly adaptable to the development needs of manufacturing enterprises.This paper selects Ashare listed manufacturing enterprises in 2011-2021 as the research object.Based on the present situation of technology finance and the industrialization potential of technological achievements in manufacturing enterprises,as well as theoretical foundations such as innovation theory and technology foresight theory,this paper proposes the direct and indirect paths of technology finance affecting the industrialization potential of technological achievements in manufacturing enterprises,and establishes a multiple linear regression model for empirical analysis.In order to further strengthen the adaptability between technology finance and the development needs of manufacturing enterprises,the impact of technology finance on the industrialization potential of technological achievements in manufacturing enterprises is studied based on the types of technology finance entities and manufacturing enterprises.Based on the above research,the following research conclusions are drawn: 1.Science and technology finance has a positive promoting effect on the industrialization potential of scientific and technological achievements;2.There are differences in the role of different technological and financial entities in the industrialization potential of technological achievements;3.The impact of technology finance on the industrialization potential of scientific and technological achievements of different manufacturing enterprises is differentiated,and its impact on high-tech manufacturing enterprises is stronger;4.Technology finance promotes the rational allocation of labor resources by optimizing the talent structure,thereby enhancing the industrialization potential of enterprise technology achievements;5.The Digital transformation of enterprises is positively regulating the role of science and technology finance in promoting the industrialization potential of scientific and technological achievements.To strengthen the positive role of technology finance in the industrialization potential of scientific and technological achievements,the following suggestions are proposed:1.Build a distinctive technology and financial service system to promote the further growth of China’s high-tech manufacturing industry while also playing a supportive role in traditional manufacturing;2.Further improve the construction of China’s capital market and leverage its support for enterprise technological innovation activities;3.Establish a base for cultivating industrial talents and form a gradually improved system and mechanism for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements;4.Accelerate the Digital transformation of enterprises and provide policy and service support.
