| With economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the technology requirements on Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) become stronger and stronger in order to enhance the competitiveness and the ability of scientific and technological achievements industrialization. CAS has become one of the main members for scientific and technological innovation. So far CAS has achieved great wealth and good experiences in scientific and technology. The industrialization of these achievements not only has significance in the purpose of innovation for people, but also has great meaning in maintenances and healthy development. However, but most of scientific and technological achievements could not be transferred and industrialized fast and efficiently for various reasons for a long period of time, which result in the scientific achievements can not meet the industry requirements efficiently in the actual market and the long cycle time of the industrialization. Therefore, it is very urgent to find the practical strategies for the industrialization and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as LICP) is located in the northwest, it has become "Base of west resources for high-tech chemical new materials and innovative research" with distinct features and ability in scientific and technological innovation and development. LICP has formed three major research areas in resource chemistry, new materials and chemical biology with the implementation of the knowledge innovation projects. As a high-tech research institutes, although the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements have become the primary objective of the development, it still has not set up feasible industrialization modules due to it's the geographical constraints, the dated concept, imperfect operation mechanisms, lack of operating personnel and mis-understanding of industrialization etc. These affects has attribute to the failure in processing the industrialization and have great negative impacts on the development of LICP.In this paper, the industrialization status of LICP have been analyzed and evaluated through the integrated use of literature, statistics, and case study and SWOT system analysis method. It has been tried to find and solve the existed problems by qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. In order to resolve the difficulties and issues of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, LICP has built up many industrialization models regarding with its current status by taking the intelligent strategies, restructure and design the industrialization strategies and organizations. It can be conclude that the co-operation module is the first consideration for the scientific and technological achievements industrialization. And the specific model should be preferred for the particular achievements through general evaluation during the establishment of the industrialization. |
