| In the context of supply chain globalization,many enterprises choose to entrust non-core business to more professional and cost-competitive outsourcers to reduce costs and enhance core competitiveness.As a large garment manufacturing country,China has a large number of production outsourcing enterprises,how to find production outsourcing suppliers suitable for the needs of these enterprises is very important.In addition,changes in the external environment of the enterprise have an impact on the company’s own operations,which usually require the company to adjust or even reshape a series of business strategies,including supplier selection and evaluation,to meet the company’s current strategic needs.This article focuses on the selection and evaluation of outsourcing suppliers in G Fashion Company.Firstly,it elaborates on the relevant theories and researches of outsourcing,supplier management,selection and evaluation both domestically and internationally.Then,it briefly introduces G Fashion Company and discusses the problems that the company faces in practical operation and supplier selection.Furthermore,using literature statistics and questionnaire survey,and in combination with the actual needs of G Company,it constructs six aspects of G Company’s outsourcing supplier selection and evaluation indicators,including cost/price,delivery capability,quality level,technical development capability,service cooperation level,and company strength and scale.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the priority of evaluation indicators and the preliminary evaluation ranking of G Company’s three suppliers.In addition,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct comprehensive re-evaluation of the three companies,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each supplier and selecting the optimal supplier under the model.Finally,the implementation of the model is analyzed,corresponding security measures are proposed,and the phased evaluation of the implementation effect is carried out.In summary,this paper uses theories such as production outsourcing,supplier management,supplier selection and evaluation,analytic hierarchy method,fuzzy comprehension evaluation method,combines with the business status of Company G,and constructs the actual problems of supplier management of the company,the company’s supplier selection and evaluation model provides a scheme for the enterprise to conduct supplier selection and evaluation more scientifically and reasonably,thereby providing a decision-making basis for the enterprise to further formulate targeted business strategies.At the same time,it also provides a certain reference for other enterprises with similar problems in the industry. |
