Research On The Coordination Between Urban Resilience And Economic Development Leve

With the development of economic globalization,the global economy has been affected by the financial crisis,the novel coronavirus epidemic and other emergencies,which restricts the sustainable development of cities.The concept of urban resilience provides the direction for sustainable development of cities.Practice shows that economic development level is the driving force for the construction of urban resilience,and urban resilience is an important basis for economic development.There is an interactive relationship between urban resilience and economic development level,and the coordination of the two is of great significance for the development of regional economy and the enhancement of urban resilience.As one of the important national urban agglomerations,Shandong Peninsula city group should conform to the national development strategy and enhance the economic and urban carrying capacity of the regional central city and the regional economic development advantage city.However,the impact of health emergencies in recent years has restricted the development of regional economy.Therefore,this thesis takes the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration as the research object,studies the urban resilience and the coordination of economic development level of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration,and analyzes the development differences of various cities in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the research results on urban resilience and economic development degree at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized to provide a basis for the establishment of an evaluation system for urban resilience and economic development degree,and to lay a foundation for further discussion on the coupling relationship between urban resilience and economic development degree in the following thesis.Secondly,the research scope of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is determined,and the development status of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is discussed from the economic development level,social development level,ecological environment,infrastructure and other aspects.On this basis,starting with the establishment of an index system of urban resilience,the index system of economic development level is constructed from three dimensions of economic development strength,economic development potential and economic development vitality,and the screening and integration of evaluation indexes of the two systems are completed.The entropy weight method,coupled coordination model,grey correlation degree and other methods were used to calculate the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.In addition,Arc GIS was combined to conduct a quantitative study on the spatio-temporal evolution trend and spatial differences of each urban agglomeration,so as to find the main factors affecting the degree of coupling and coordination between the two.Finally,according to the coupling and coordinated development level of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The urban resilience and economic development level of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations have been significantly improved during 2011-2021,but the underlying mechanism is still unclear.In terms of urban resilience,Qingdao,Jinan,Linyi,Weifang and Jining showed an upward trend on the whole,and only some years showed fluctuations,among which Qingdao and Jinan showed the largest increase;Other cities showed a fluctuating upward trend.From the perspective of economic development level,the composite index of Qingdao,Jinan and Yantai is the highest.Qingdao always ranks the first place during the study period,but the growth rate of Jinan is higher than that of Qingdao.Zaozhuang composite index is the lowest and the increment is the smallest.In general,the economic development level of Shandong Peninsula city group has achieved a stable growth trend.(2)The coupling coordination degree between urban resilience and economic development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration has a good overall development trend,and all cities have reached a high coupling level,but there are still differences among cities in terms of coupling coordination degree.Only Qingdao is at the advanced coordination stage,Jinan,Yantai,Weifang and Linyi are at the intermediate coordination stage,and other cities are at the primary coordination stage.The spatial distribution pattern is higher in the east than in the west,and higher in the middle than in the southwest and northwest,with obvious differences within the region.(3)Industrial wastewater discharge,highway freight volume,urban registered unemployed,total profits of industrial enterprises above designated size,total foreign trade of the whole society and gross regional product indicators are important factors influencing the coupling and coordinated development of urban resilience and economic development level.
