Study On The Cost-Benefit Of Maize Planting In Shandong Province

China is a country mainly focused on agriculture,and corn,as the largest crop in agricultural production in China,is also an important food crop to ensure national food security.Shandong Province is a major producer of corn in China and an important province for the development of the national corn industry.It has played an important role in ensuring national food security.In recent years,corn production in Shandong Province has faced problems such as high costs,low returns,low acquisition prices,and blocked sales channels,which have had a serious impact on corn production revenue.In addition,farmers in Shandong Province have a lower willingness to plant corn and higher planting costs,which have affected economic development and food production.In the current situation of developing modern agriculture in China,optimal cost benefit planting has significant practical significance for the healthy development of the corn industry in Shandong Province.This article uses case analysis method to analyze the cost-benefit of corn planting,taking corn growers in Shandong Province as the case study object.It plays a significant role in promoting corn planting revenue,promoting industrial development,and accelerating agricultural supply side structural reform.This article first summarizes the research status of relevant issues at home and abroad,and determines the perspective and approach of the investigation.Discuss the definition of corn cost-benefit related concepts and explain the theoretical basis.Analyze the current situation of corn cultivation in Shandong Province,use questionnaire survey method to select three main corn production areas: Liaocheng City,Dezhou City,and Qingdao City.Investigate the cost,price,and income of corn production,understand the basic situation of farmers,and use descriptive statistical method to analyze the cost and income of corn cultivation in Shandong Province from an accounting perspective.Conduct trend analysis and comparative analysis respectively.Based on the research,conclusions were drawn and corresponding countermeasures were proposed from five aspects.The innovation of this article lies in taking Shandong Province as an example and using questionnaire survey method to investigate the cost-benefit situation of corn production in the main corn production areas,providing decision-making suggestions for improving the cost-benefit of corn planting in Shandong Province.Analyzing the cost-benefit of corn production from the perspective of farmers,taking into account factors such as the quality of corn planting farmers themselves,to some extent compensates for the lack of research on the micro level and cost-benefit aspects.With the goal of reducing costs and increasing profits,we aim to minimize production costs and maximize economic benefits.
