As a special agricultural product,fresh corn has played a vital role in the development of modern agricultural and rural economy.Fresh corn has high economic value and broad market prospects and plays an important role in the economic development of agriculture and rural areas.Fresh corn in Hebei Province plays an important role in the country.It has a certain influence on the cultivation and processing of fresh corn.It has formed four fresh corn planting areas with Zhangjiakou,Tangshan,Baoding and Shijiazhuang as the core,including Zhangjiakou Wanquan District.Most representative.Wanquan District enjoys the reputation of “the hometown of fresh corn in China”,and fresh corn has gradually become a pillar industry in the region.In recent years,Wanquan District is striving to build a regional brand of fresh corn,and promote the development of the fresh corn industry.However,it faces the dual pressure of increasing corn planting costs and increasing market competition.How to find a breakthrough and improve the income of fresh corn growers Be the key.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the income of fresh corn in the area by analyzing the fresh corn farmers in Wanquan District,aiming to find out the path to further increase the income of fresh corn planting in Wanquan District,and also to improve the fresh corn in Hebei Province.Suggestions on industrial competitiveness.Based on the theory of cost-benefit theory,comparative advantage theory and production factor theory,this paper uses multiple linear regression method to analyze the income and influencing factors of fresh corn planting in Wanquan District based on the survey data of 138 farmers in Wanquan District.The content consists of three parts.Firstly,it analyzes the production status of fresh corn in Wanquan District.Through field research,it summarizes the cost-benefit situation of fresh corn planting in Wanquan District from 2014 to 2018,and the five-year cost-benefit Trend analysis was carried out;followed by 138 farmer households as the sample basis,empirical analysis of the factors affecting the yield of fresh corn,using multiple linear regression measurement methods,net profit as the explanatory variable,planting years,planting area,land type,planting variety,sales channel,number of workers per mu,labor days per mu,seed fee and mu yield are explanatory variables,find out the main influencing factors related to income,and analyze the degree of influence according to the correlation coefficient.Explain and analyze the reasons for the degree of influence.Finally,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the empirical results,it is concluded that the fluctuation of fresh corn yield in Wanquan District is closely related to the planting area,and the reasonable selection of land types and planting varieties is essential for improving the income and the sales channels for the fresh corn in Wanquan District.The conclusion that the increase of income has a significant impact,and proposes countermeasures to improve the income of fresh corn in Wanquan District from the aspects of optimizing planting structure,rational selection of land types,selection of planting varieties,and promotion of order mode.The innovation of this paper is to study the influencing factors and influence degree of the yield of fresh corn in Wanquan District through the field investigation of Wanquan District and the characteristics of fresh corn planting.The main factors in the yield of fresh corn in the district have put forward countermeasures to improve the profitability of fresh corn in Wanquan District,promote the industrial development of Wanquan District,and provide reference for other regions.
