The Supervision Of Bonded Logistics In The Comprehensive Bonded Zone Of Chengdu International Railway Port

In recent years,as an important channel for the circulation of goods in the domestic and international markets,bonded logistics has played a huge role in logistics distribution,trade facilitation,and regional economic integration,and has promoted the overall economic and social development of our country.Bonded logistics is engaged in warehousing,simple processing,transportation,distribution,logistics information and other businesses in the special customs supervision area.Its supervision will directly affect the delivery time of products in the comprehensive bonded area,the operating cost of enterprises,and then affect the development of the local economy.The monitoring of bonded logistics at Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone is the subject of this article.To begin with,based on the analysis of the related concepts,development history and different development stages of my country’s bonded logistics,the concepts of bonded logistics,bonded logistics center,bonded logistics port area,and complete bonded area are differentiated and summarized.Secondly,based on the detailed introduction of the Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone,the current situation of its bonded logistics supervision is analyzed in depth from the aspects of supervision,project function status,organizational structure and supervision goals.Thirdly,the cause of the bonded logistics supervision problem in the Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone is analyzed from the external and internal levels by means of on-the-spot interviews.Finally,specific countermeasures and proposals for the supervision of bonded logistics in Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone are provided based on the preceding study and research,and practical and effective ways to optimize supervision are proposed.The study presented in this paper contributes to the improvement of the theoretical framework of bonded logistics supervision.In terms of application,it can guide the optimization of the bonded logistics supervision system in Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone,and effectively improve the efficiency of bonded logistics supervision.
