With the development of global integration and modern science technology, logistics has been considered universally as'the third profit origin'and the heart of national economy. Logistics has also played an indispensable role in the process of modernization of a country. International trade of China is showing a rapid tendency, whereas, the development of China international logistics mainly depends on those coastal ports, such as Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Tianjin. The transition of international trade from coastal area to inland has provided a golden opportunity for international logistics in the middle part of China. Therefore, bonded logistics centers are worth establishing in the middle part of China. The major function of BLC is to promote the development of international logistics, gradually increasing demand of international logistics is the base of BLC. Take the geographical disadvantage of the central part of China into consideration, BLC will undoubtedly play a essential role in development of international logistics in the middle part of China. The first chapter mainly contains the background of research, meaning of research, and structure of text. The next chapter mainly introduces the theories of BLC and international logistics. The third chapter consists of two parts, analyzes current situation of international logistics in bonded logistics center from the national and regional perspective respectively. Grey model is employed in the fourth chapter in order to forecast demand of international logistics. I put forward my view in the last chapter that a series of steps should be taken in order to realize the purpose of constructing and optimizing bonded logistics center.
