Research On Customer Concentration,internal Control And High-quality Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In The Yellow River Basin

The high-quality development of the Yellow River basin focuses on high-quality economic development,which will eventually be implemented to the high-quality development of enterprises.The equipment manufacturing industry is the basis of industrial development and economic growth,and plays a vital role in achieving high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.At present,there are some outstanding difficulties in the supply chain management of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Yellow River basin.The main problem is that the improvement of the product quality of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Yellow River basin should not only attach importance to the internal management of the enterprise itself,but also pay more attention to the supply chain management of upstream and downstream enterprises.The realization of product quality should be completed by all members of the whole supply chain,The competition among enterprises in equipment manufacturing enterprises has gradually evolved from products to inter chain competition among supply chains.Therefore,the importance of optimizing supply chain management for the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is self-evident.As an important participant in the upstream and downstream relationships of the supply chain,customer concentration reflects the heterogeneity of customer resources,which is the potential power to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.At the same time,internal control can control the business risk of enterprises,improve the effectiveness and efficiency of cooperation with customers by formulating the cooperation process between enterprises and customers,and manage the adverse effects of enterprises due to excessive customer concentration.Internal control plays an important role in the process of the impact of customer concentration on the high-quality development of enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of the impact of customer concentration and internal control on the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Yellow River basin,this paper attempts to provide useful suggestions for the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Yellow River basin.Based on previous research results,this paper first combs and analyzes the internal relationship between customer concentration,internal control and high-quality development of enterprises,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Subsequently,Eoptolink Technology Inc.,Ltd.as a typical case,the mechanism of the impact of customer concentration and internal control on the high-quality development of the enterprise is preliminarily deduced through case analysis.Then use Excel and Stata statistical analysis software to conduct empirical analysis on the relevant data of the equipment manufacturing sample enterprises in the Yellow River basin of China from 2016 to 2020.The results show that:(1)Customer concentration has a significant negative impact on the high-quality development of enterprises;(2)High quality internal control can promote the high-quality development of enterprises;(3)Internal control plays a regulatory role in customer concentration and high-quality development of enterprises,that is,internal control can weaken the negative impact of customer concentration on high-quality development of enterprises.According to the research conclusions of this paper,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Yellow River basin:(1)The equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Yellow River basin should maintain appropriate customer concentration according to the regional and industrial characteristics,so as to avoid limiting their business activities due to the unequal power relationship;(2)Design internal control system from the perspective of supply chain,build and improve the internal control system.(3)Enterprises shall fully disclose more relevant information of customers.
