Research On The Leisure Agriculture In Jiangyou City

With the rapid development of China ’s economy and the gradual improvement of people ’s quality of life,more and more people pursue rich and substantial spiritual and cultural life,leisure agriculture came into being.The development of leisure agriculture can promote the integration of rural three industries,increase farmers ’ income,spread agricultural civilization,promote rural culture,build livable and livable industries and beautiful villages,and boost agricultural power.As a national key county of leisure agriculture and an international national holy land of Li Bai culture,Jiangyou City has profound cultural heritage,convenient traffic conditions,outstanding location advantages,beautiful natural pastoral landscape,and good resource endowment for the development of leisure agriculture.The development of leisure agriculture in the city has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of citizens for short-distance travel and peri-urban travel,and increased the income of farmers.However,there are many problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangyou City,which has not fully utilized the good industrial foundation,superior factor endowment and huge market potential to transform the resource advantages into economic advantages.Therefore,it is of certain research value to select leisure agriculture in Jiangyou City as the research object.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of leisure agriculture and the research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,possible innovations and deficiencies.Secondly,it defines the related concepts of leisure agriculture,and expounds the basic characteristics and functions of leisure agriculture.Again,the application of experience economy theory,industrial integration theory,sustainable development theory,combined with field research to analyze the development status,using PEST-SWOT analysis method to analyze the development environment,research shows that Jiangyou leisure agriculture has promoted the integration of rural three industries.Development,employment-driven effect is obvious,farmers ’ income continues to grow,the public service system is gradually improved,and the industrial brand is initially formed.Then the data were obtained through the questionnaire survey,and the Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors.The empirical results show that geographical location,ecological environment,traffic conditions,folk culture,brand awareness,competition of leisure agriculture in surrounding urban areas,government support and support funds have a positive impact on the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangyou City at the 1 % level,and accommodation conditions have a positive impact on the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangyou City at the 5 % level.Finally,it summarizes the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangyou City : the contradiction between leisure agriculture development and ecological protection is increasing,the infrastructure is not perfect,the service system needs to be improved,the cultural connotation is insufficient,the brand influence is low,the overall popularity is not high,the regional competitiveness is insufficient,the lack of financial support,the industry financing difficulties and other issues.On this basis,combined with the development characteristics of Jiangyou City,it is proposed to strengthen the protection of ecological resources,advocate green consumption methods,improve infrastructure,improve the service system,highlight local characteristics,enrich local cultural connotations,improve brand awareness,enhance influence,innovate and develop leisure agriculture projects,improve financing channels,and provide preferential policies for funds.
