Research On The Upgrade Of Leisure Agriculture Industry In Chengdu

Under the macroscopic background of low agricultural comparison income and intensifying agricultural elements loss, with the demand of market continuing to upgrade, leisure agriculture in our country develops quickly. Combined with currently information technology expansion, highly-rising demand for leisure consumption, situation of rural industrial structure adjustment, and new normal of "for urban and rural areas, agriculture and tourism fusion", the further development of leisure agriculture needs a new perspective. Based on the industrial upgrading point of view, selecting the Chengdu City as the study area, this paper starts from the aspects of market development situation, market demand, the development of the industry problems to describe the leisure agriculture development stage and the characteristics of spatial distribution, to reveal the realistic necessity and feasibility of leisure agriculture transformation and upgrade. Then combined with theoretical analysis of leisure agriculture upgrading factors, establish the upgrade factors’ evaluation index system to evaluate the factors of leisure agriculture in Chengdu City. Based on these, use multivariate ordinal regression model for empirical, we can see that staff training, sources of funding, land costs, information level and forms of organization are the specific impact factors that has a significant impact of leisure agriculture upgrade. Further combine the empirical results to the corresponding policy recommendations.Specifically. the main content of this paper is divided into 6 parts. The first part is the introduction, that mainly introduces the research background, research significance, related research summary. The second part is the definition and theoretical basis, which mainly describes the basic theory and related concepts of leisure agriculture and industry upgrade. The third part is an overview of Chengdu leisure agriculture present situation, consist of the market supply and demand of the market, the existing problems in the development of other aspects. The fourth part is the leisure agriculture industrial upgrading operation mechanism and influence factors of leisure agriculture in Chengdu city to upgrade the empirical study on the influencing factors. The fifth part describes the conclusions of this study. Combined with the empirical results, we put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusion of the study are as follows. First, the general development situation of leisure agriculture in Chengdu city is good, and to a certain extent, it promotes the improvement of comprehensive benefits. But in the development process.there are still a series of constraints. Second, Chengdu leisure agriculture development has achieved good results, but the overall market satisfaction evaluation is just as general. Through the random survey of Chengdu City Leisure Agriculture tourists and satisfaction evaluation, we found that Chengdu City leisure agriculture overall satisfaction is not high, which is between the general and satisfactory. The agricultural industry itself in leisure agriculture play a positive benefit, and "soft power" determines the satisfaction of leisure agriculture. Third, Chengdu City Leisure Agriculture upgrading is influenced by multiple factors. Through the empirical analysis of the individual characteristics of leisure agriculture, the main business, leisure agriculture resources, high technology, management level and policies, the conclusions are as follows:employees training on a regular basis, operators cultural level, sources of funding, land cost, level of informationization construction, brand famous degree, form of organization, policy support efforts have a positive and significant influence to leisure agriculture upgrading, and owners of the age, working age, sex and individual characteristics factors impact on the upgrading of leisure agriculture in Chengdu City was not significant. In the process of leisure agricultural upgrading, we should pay close attention to the factors that have a positive impact.
