Research On The Resolution Mechanism Of Real Estate Tendency In Rehabilitation Of Endowment From The Perspective Of Social Participation

With the acceleration of the aging process in our country and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for diversified and personalized health care is increasing rapidly.In this context,a new industrial model of rehabilitation of endowment that can alleviate the insufficient supply of social elderly care services and provide high-quality health care services is booming.At present,rehabilitation of endowment is still in the development stage,with insufficient development experience and supervision,and prominent problems of real estate tendency during the construction process.It is difficult to provide consumers with high-quality health care products and services,and consumption motivation is limited.At the same time,the conservative consumption attitude of middle-aged and elderly people and the impact of the COVID-19 have made the consumption momentum even weaker,and developers lack the motivation to carry out sustainable development behaviors.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore how to stimulate the consumption motivation of middle-aged and elderly people and promote developers to adopt sustainable development behaviors to avoid the problems of real estate tendency.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the process of value creation in rehabilitation of endowment,and analyzes the strategic interaction process and evolution results between various stakeholders in rehabilitation of endowment by using the evolution game method,and concludes that stimulating the consumption motivation of the middle-aged and elderly groups is the fundamental direction of promoting the sustainable development of developers and the healthy development of the rehabilitation of endowment.And then,considering that social participation has gradually become an important part of the life of the middle-aged and the elderly,in order to stimulate the consumption power of the middle-aged and elderly groups,the regression model is used to explore the impact and mechanism of social participation on middle-aged and elderly groups’ different types of consumption.Finally,based on the above research results,from the perspective of social participation,some suggestions are put forward to resolve the real estate tendency of rehabilitation of endowment:(1)Improve all kinds of facilities in rehabilitation of endowment that help promote social interaction,and enrich group health care activities.(2)Strengthen industrial integration and enrich the industry categories of rehabilitation of endowment,so as to avoid falling into a single real estate operation mode.(3)Build high-quality old-age security system to enhance the confidence of middle-aged and elderly groups in social participation and consumption.
