Purpose of research : This research mainly adopts the method of human movement science experiment test and measurement method,based on the 50-65-year-old male people aged winter swimming exercise intervention and test the blood,physical quality,morphological and physiological function of the project,to quantitative test of their physical fitness level,the purpose is to test the winter swimming exercise improve the specific effect to human body health.The results are as follows.Research methods:In this paper,wield experimentation a total of 18 middle-aged and elderly men aged 50 to 65 were divided into two groups: winter swimming group(9 persons)and control group(9 persons).The winter swimming group received an experimental intervention of exercising 3 times a week for 11 weeks,with heart rate(HR)monitoring to ensure exercise intensity load.The experimental load was the heart rate of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise(HRmax=220-age,and the moderate-intensity aerobic heart rate was about 60% of the maximum heart rate).Duration of each exercise: 60 minutes(20 minutes of warm-up,and the duration of water exercise was determined according to the real-time temperature of the day,get warm-up 25 minutes again after a winter swimming).The control group did not participate in regular physical exercise in addition to daily physical activities.Before and after the intervention,the body shape,body quality,body function and the biochemical indexes of blood of the winter swimming group and the control group were measured and analyzed.The results of the two groups before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed of within group and between groups,significant difference level P<0.05.Research results:(1)The body fat of subjects was 17.62±5.06 kg before the experiment and15.67±5.64 kg after the experiment?the body fat rate was 24.83±4.79% before the experiment and 22.62±4.46% after the experiment,body fat content decreased significantly.The weight of skeletal muscle was 29.25±3.50 kg before the experiment and 30.65±3.71 kg after the experiment,the content of skeletal muscle increased significantly,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The response time of subjects was before the experiment 0.70±0.09 sand after the experiment 0.62±0.05 s,after the experiment,the speed is obviously improved,is significant(P<0.05).The grip strength of winter swimming group was before the experiment 30.42±5.98 kg and after the experiment35.38±5.01 kg,after the experiment,significant growth in physical strength,is significant(P<0.05).(3)In the subjects,the diastolic blood pressure was before the experiment87.08±10.34 mm Hgand after the experiment 84.91±9.02 mm Hg,There is a obvious decline in the data.Thelung's capacitywas 2916.23±737.58 mlbefore the experiment and increased to 3260.15±832.02 mlafter the experiment.The Brachial Ankle Pulse Wave Velocity(ba PWV)was 1495.96±153.76cm/s before the experiment and1415.58±193.73cm/s after the experiment,obvious decline in the data.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)In thesubjects,the Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL-C)was before the experiment 2.40±0.39mmol/L and after the experiment 1.65±0.79mmol/L,after the experiment,Indicators declined significantly,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Research Conclusions:(1)Winter swimming has a positive effect on body composition indexes.Body fat,body fat rate significantly reduced,to prevent the loss of skeletal muscle.Improve the regulation ability of metabolism.(2)In addition to flexibility quality,winter swimming hasa significant effect on the improvement of strength and agilityquality;Although there was no significant change in the quality of balance,it also improved to a certain extent,it has positive significance to improve the ability of basic physical activities.(3)In physical function,winter swimming can maintain the normal value of quiet blood pressure,improve lung volume and expansion ability,maintain the health of arterial wall,have a positive impact on ABI,and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.(4)In terms of blood indexes,winter swimming makes LDL-C decrease significantly,TG and TC have no significant change,but also show a downward trend,while HDL-C has also increases,indicating that the improvement of lipid metabolism ability has positive significance for improving the overall health level of middle-aged and elderly people.
