Since 2021,affected by Chinese macro policy regulation and epidemic situation,the rise of house prices in various provinces and cities has been significantly curbed.The decline of industry market vitality has led to the survival of real estate enterprises becoming an important research topic.Based on the industry characteristics of real estate and the nature of talent intensive industry,if enterprises want to find new opportunities in this market integration and reshuffle,on the one hand,they must control the enterprise cost,including the operation cost in the development process and the management cost in the operation process of enterprises;On the other hand,we must improve the quality of enterprise products and enhance the product competitiveness of enterprises,which is mainly reflected in design optimization and engineering quality.BL group is a large real estate enterprise with a sense of social responsibility,which is committed to promoting the process of urbanization in China.As the practitioner of the construction concept of BL group,the project management center presents the nature of work with high work intensity,frequent work place transfer,high employee mobility,multifaceted skills and cumbersome coordination.Taking the employee incentive of BL Group Engineering Management Center as the research subject,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance,the theoretical basis of research at home and abroad,expounds the incentive status of BL Group Engineering Management Center employees,and investigates the satisfaction of all members of the engineering management center in five aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,training mechanism,promotion mechanism and spiritual incentive,Analyze the problems and causes of the current incentive of BL group.Through the analysis of the results of the satisfaction survey of all members of the project management center in five aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,training mechanism,promotion mechanism and spiritual incentive,the incentive scheme is optimized and designed according to the principles of the combination of employee objectives and enterprise objectives,the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive,the combination of humanized incentive and personalized incentive and fairness,More reasonable cost,fully analyze and optimize the design from five aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,promotion,training and spiritual incentive.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive scheme,supporting measures are put forward for the organizational system guarantee,human resources and fund guarantee process tracking management,supervision and feedback mechanism,so as to solve the problems existing in the project line incentive system of BL group,help the development of BL group,promote the improvement of the incentive system for front-line engineering personnel in the industry,and promote the benign development of Chinese real estate industry. |
