the warehouse center or merchant warehouse,reducing the difference between the middlemen,compared to the traditional shopping model,its goods have a price advantage.The development of online shopping enables people to enjoy the shopping experience without leaving home,greatly improving the convenience of people’s lives.Therefore,online shopping has become the main way people consume daily.The past ten years have been the golden period for the rapid development of e-commerce.Its high-speed development is inseparable from the high-profile promotion activities.The major e-commerce platforms are crazy to create festivals."Double Eleven"and;618”have become the carnival for all people.On this day,the platform carries out discounts on all-platform merchandise,attracting customers to shop a lot,huge transaction volume and hundreds of millions of packages constantly refreshing new records.The huge volume of transactions has brought about some new problems,the most important of.vhich is logistics.The rapid growth of shopping demand in a short period of time has brought tremendous pressure on the logistics system.Especially for the large-scale e-commerce platform under the B2C model,the goods are directly distributed to the consumers by the storage center or the production enterprise,and the speed of the logistics directly affects.Customer’s consumption experience.Due to the variety of commodity types,the sorting system of the logistics center has become an important factor in determining the speed of logistics.According to relevant statistical analysis,the sorting system occupies 40%-60%of the total storage center operation time.Therefore,improving the sorting efficiency has become the most concerned issue for the e-commerce platforms of the major self-built logistics centers.This paper studies the order picking process in the case of large-scale B2C e-commerce enterprise warehouse center sorting system,which increases the demand during the promotion period,and combines the theory of human factors engineering to consider the relationship between the sorting personnel and the working environment.The order sorting process of the self-built logistics warehouse center sorting system was studied by means of optimization modeling and simulation.Through on-the-spot investigation,the current status of the operation of the self-built logistics warehouse in the promotion period sorting system is analyzed.Review the relevant research of experts and scholars,combined with the research results,analyze the reasons for the serious backlog of the existing sorting system during the promotion period,the unreasonable distribution of sorting personnel,and the high work intensity resulting in low sorting efficiency.By minimizing the sorting completion time as the objective function,a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is established to optimize personnel allocation and order allocation.The optimization results are verified by the Arena simulation reality scene,and finally the conclusions are given and reasonable suggestions are given for the existing sorting system in the warehouse center.The key research contents in the thesis are as analysis.The effectiveness of the optimized model results is verified by Arena.Design numerical experiments to verify the convergence of the model and the effect of parameter changes on the sorting
