Private enterprises play a very important role in the economic and social development of Zhejiang.They have made great contributions to the economic development of Zhejiang,solved a large number of social employment,and established a good corporate image nationwide.In recent years,with the fierce competition in the market environment of the industry,market expansion has become more and more difficult.At the same time,enterprises have experienced difficulties in transformation and upgrading and huge investment in innovation,and profit margins have been further compressed,seriously affecting the sustainable development of enterprises.It is of great significance to study the issue of indirect procurement management of a company.First of all,through research,we can understand the current situation of indirect procurement management of enterprises and strengthen the understanding of the importance of indirect procurement.Secondly,it will help improve the indirect procurement management system of enterprises,break through the management bottleneck,enhance the profitability and market competitiveness of enterprises;in addition,it will help solve the procurement management problems of enterprises and provide reference for other nature enterprises to solve procurement management problems.This article takes the indirect procurement management of company ZT as the research object,analyzes the characteristics of the indirect procurement with the purchasing management theory,points out the problems in the indirect procurement management of company ZT,and puts forward specific measures for the improvement of the indirect purchasing management.This article starts with the purchase of early stage interventions to improve supplier development and selection processes,manages procurement costs with value engineering analysis methods,improves bidding mechanisms,etc.,and establishes partnerships with suppliers to reduce total supply chain procurement costs;And the way to establish an effective performance evaluation system put forward specific proposals to improve the procurement performance of indirect procurement departments.The author hopes that through this study,ZT can help improve the indirect procurement management,improve the efficiency of indirect procurement management,achieve the goal of effective control of procurement costs,and provide reference for other companies in indirect procurement management.
