Study On Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Agricultural Sustainable Development In Qinghai Province

As a basic industry,agriculture plays an important role in promoting agricultural modernization and building agricultural power.Although the development of traditional agriculture in China has improved the efficiency of agricultural production,it has also damaged the ecological environment.On this basis,according to the situation and agricultural situation,our country has developed sustainable agriculture,and promoted the coordinated development of agricultural ecological environment and production benefit effectively.Qinghai Province,located in northwest China,is rich in natural resources,but its ecological environment is very fragile,which restricts the development of agriculture.In recent years,based on the concept of giving priority to ecological protection and relying on resource endowment and regional advantages,Qinghai Province has promoted the high-quality development of ecological green agriculture.However,there are still contradictions between agricultural production activities and resources and ecological environment in Qinghai Province,which need to be solved urgently.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature on sustainable agricultural development at home and abroad,explains the concept of agriculture and sustainable agricultural development,and discusses the theory of sustainable development,the theory of environmental carrying capacity,the theory of man-land system and the theory of circular agriculture.Secondly,the present situation of agricultural sustainable development in Qinghai Province is discussed from different angles.On this basis,select the appropriate index to construct Qinghai Province agricultural sustainable development evaluation index system;At the same time,combined with the basic data of Qinghai Province from 2011 to 2021,the entropy method was used to calculate the weight of each index and the comprehensive score,and then the comprehensive evaluation of the agricultural sustainable development of Qinghai Province was obtained.The results show that the level of sustainable agricultural development in Qinghai Province is rising gradually,but there are still some problems,such as backward scientific and technological level,unreasonable industrial structure,low cultural quality of farmers,backward infrastructure development,shortage of water and soil resources and ecological environment pollution.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of agricultural development in Qinghai province,targeted analysis of Qinghai Province agricultural sustainable development problem causes.Finally,by combining the advanced experience of agricultural sustainable development at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that Qinghai province should strengthen scientific and technological innovation,optimize industrial layout,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve laws and regulations,and strengthen ecological environmental protection to enhance the ability of agricultural sustainable development.
