The Research On Supply And Demand Of Agricultural Insurance Development In Qinghai Province

China is a large agricultural country with a long agricultural civilization,agriculture as the basic industry of social and economic development,is the prerequisite for the development of other industries.But in the process of agricultural production must be accompanied by natural disasters and agricultural production is regional,dispersion and instability characteristics,leading to agriculture is a weak industry of high risk.This objectively requires the government and the society to give more support to the dispersion of agricultural risks and the transfer of agricultural hazards.Qinghai province is located in the intersection of three plateau area,the regional ecological environment is relatively fragile,farming area is more dispersed,with various natural disasters in the process of agricultural production in Qinghai province,combined with the overall level of economic and social development of Qinghai Province is weak,making farmers difficult to resist natural disasters.The emergence of agricultural insurance can make up for the losses suffered by farmers to a certain extent,and stabilize the economic base of agricultural reproduction.But in the development of agricultural insurance in Qinghai province now appear "double cold" situation.therefore,based on the actual situation of Qinghai province,this paper attempts from the government and insurance companies,farmers and among different perspective brought to the analysis of supply and demand of Qinghai province agricultural insurance development.This paper selects the typical agricultural region of Qinghai Province,the first to quasi-public goods and the theory of external economy and weak agricultural quality,analysis of government and commercial insurance companies as the main body should play a role in the supply of agricultural insurance.Through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,the method of combining mastered the supply and demand factors affecting the development of agricultural insurance in Qinghai province,through the analysis of the questionnaire data found the following problems:One is single supply of agricultural insurance institution in Qinghai province,the agricultural insurance market is not active;Two is insurance company management lack of specification in Qinghai province;Three is unreasonable structure of premium subsidies in Qinghai province;Four is Qinghai province farmers income is not high,the effective demand of agricultural insurance is low;Five is lack of Qinghai province farmers for agricultural insurance system,lead to insure underpowered.In order to accurately analyze the influence factors of further development of insurance in Qinghai Province,based on the analysis of the questionnaire data,through the establishment of Logistic regression model,explore the influencing factors of the demand of agricultural insurance,through the empirical analysis results show that: the level of education,family income,the agricultural insurance policy understanding degree,natural disasters affect the loss of family life the role of agricultural insurance and to evaluate whether farmers of agricultural insurance has a significant positive correlation,while the age and years of farming for farmers to buy insurance and had no significant influence.On this basis,this article from the perspective of the government and insurance companies,farmers put forward to strengthen the support of the insurance company,optimization of agricultural insurance product design,improve the level of peasant household culture in six aspects,such as advice,for improving the agricultural insurance system,improve the "double cold" status of supply and demand of agricultural insurance in Qinghai province to provide new ideas.
