Research On The Construction Of Smart City In Xinin

The term "city" came from the ancient “tribe”,with its continuous development the tribe has evolved into the city we know today.Despite the rapid development of modern cities,the wisdom of cities is still a new concept.Just like the continuous evolution of biology,the pace of a city’s growth is also advancing in a process of continuous renewal and transformation.Therefore,the exploration journey of wisdom city has attracted more and more researchers.After the release of the national new urbanization planning(2014-2020),many first-line second tier cities have successively developed wisdom city plans that adapt to local conditions and meet the practical demands of regional development,combined with the exploration and practical experience of many representative cities at home and abroad,China has summed up some experience in wisdom city and achieved some results,which is inclusive and provides strong support for the sustainable development of wisdom cities.Combined with the era background of smart city construction,this paper reviews the basic research theories of excellent scholars at home and abroad,innovates research methods and ideas,and further summarizes the concept,connotation and basic characteristics of smart city.On the premise of referring to the experience and achievements of many representative cities at home and abroad,this paper taking Xining City as an example analyzes and interprets the urban form of Xining City,the overall progress of smart city construction at the present stage,the important measures taken and the implementation results achieved,summarizes the replicable experience and the problems that need to be vigilant,the main reasons are that the connotation understanding is not smart,the overall planning is not systematic,the information level is not high,there are not enough professionals,and the security guarantee is not sufficient,after analyzing the above questions it is concluded that the main reasons are the vague ideas of smart city construction,the lack of top-level design,insufficient information sharing,the imperfect talent guarantee system and mechanism,and the lack of attention to information security.At the same time,specific measures to further improve the level of smart city construction in Xining city are summarized and drawn from the experience of smart city construction achievements in the United States,Japan,South Korea,The European Union and Singapore.That is,to strengthen the guidance of top-level design and planning,strengthen technical support for smart city construction,and innovate the development mode of smart city,improve safeguard measures of smart city,and encourage multiple stakeholders to participate in the construction.It is hoped that this research can provide reference and help for the future development.
