| In the process of innovative city,the city as an important carrier of social and economic development,which rely on innovative to promote the advancement of productive forces and economic development has become an important way.The degree of construction of innovative cities is directly related to the level of comprehensive urban competition.In order to reveal the progress of the construction of innovative cities in Xining further,to promote the close integration of science and technology and economy,to enhance the independent innovation ability of cities,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of innovative cities at home and abroad and the current situation of innovative cities in Xining,this article constructed index systems of innovative city to evaluate the constructive situations of Xining from Innovative environment,innovative subjects,innovative inputs,innovative outputs.From the two perspectives of vertical and horizontal,the entropy method and the main level analysis method were used to evaluate the construction of innovative cities in Xining.The results showed that there were still some problems in the construction of innovative city,such as bad innovative environment,Lack of financial expenditure,lack of high-level scientific and technical personnel,low efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.Finally,according to the existed problems,combining the present situation of Xining innovative city construction,this article put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the innovation environment,strengthen the innovation subject,increase the innovation investment and promote the capability of technological results. |
