In China,"agriculture,rural areas" are the top priority in the work of the Party and the government.Since 2004,the No.1 document of the Central Committee has focused on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 20 consecutive years.Rural issues have always been a fundamental issue related to people’s livelihood.Agricultural development is the basic way to deal with the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",while developing modern agriculture is the only way to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",an important way to realize rural revitalization,and a guiding light to lead farmers on the road to common prosperity.To promote the employment of farmers,promote agricultural income and the development of rural industries to provide a guarantee.Therefore,this paper will comprehensively analyze the development status of modern agriculture in Yinchuan city,analyze the characteristics of modern agriculture development in Yinchuan city,put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development level of modern agriculture in Yinchuan City,committed to promoting the steady development of modern agriculture construction in Yinchuan City.This paper uses the method of literature research,field investigation and empirical statistics to deeply explore the development of modern agriculture in Yinchuan city,and believes that the development of modern agriculture in Yinchuan city has achieved preliminary results.It is mainly reflected in the steady progress of agricultural production capacity,continuous improvement of production facilities,continuous optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,continuous expansion and deepening of the functions of modern agriculture,in-depth promotion of industrial management,and orderly training of new farmers.However,for Yinchuan City,which has entered the basic realization stage of agricultural modernization,there are still many deficiencies and large space for improvement,such as deformed grain crop production structure,increasingly prominent contradiction between grain economy and feeding land,disconnection between investment and use and maintenance of agricultural machinery,weak anti-disaster ability of agricultural production,insufficient water resources leading to utilization efficiency still need to be improved,and overload intensity of application and fertilization.On this basis,by referring to the development mode and experience of modern agriculture in advanced areas at home and abroad,through the analysis of level calculation results and the development status of Yinchuan City,it is proposed to accelerate the popularization of modern planting facilities,continue to expand the function of modern agriculture,and improve the development level of agricultural service industry through the development of characteristic industries,combined with the existing symbiosis mode of food crops and cash crops.Take multiple measures to develop new water-saving agriculture and carry out agricultural fertilizer saving and medicine saving action,committed to promoting the steady progress of modern agriculture construction in Yinchuan City.
