| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.The long-term goal and strategic decision of China’s agricultural development is to realize the modernization of agriculture.In recent years,China’s agricultural level has made remarkable progress in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the innovation of agricultural operation mode,but there is still a big gap between China and other countries with a relatively early start in agriculture and a relatively high level of development.Located in the southwest of guangdong province,zhanjiang is a prefecture-level city with the most cultivated land and the largest agricultural output value in guangdong province.In recent years,the agricultural development momentum of zhanjiang city continues to maintain good,but still did not get rid of the traditional agricultural development restrictions,the agricultural growth rate directly determines the speed of economic development of zhanjiang.How to improve the development level of modern agriculture in zhanjiang and better promote the development of modern agriculture needs our own exploration and research and experience summary.Taking zhanjiang modern agriculture as the research object,on the basis of predecessors’ research experience is summarized,through to the zhanjiang modern agriculture related data collection,sorting and field investigation,including annual per capita net income of farmers is constructed,unit planting area and grain production,forest coverage has 19 indexes such as zhanjiang evaluation index system of modern agriculture.Then,the development level of modern agriculture in zhanjiang from 2013 to 2017 was calculated by using analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method.The development of modern agriculture in zhanjiang was analyzed empirically.The results show that the comprehensive index of modern agriculture in zhanjiang is 0.6161,which is in the preliminary stage of realizing modern agriculture,and has the social and economic conditions and material and technological basis for comprehensively promoting modern agriculture.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper concludes that agriculture in zhanjiang is still in the preliminary stage of realizing modern agriculture,and the development of modern agriculture has achieved some results,but there is still a large space for its development.Based on the analysis of the indicators,the author points out the restrictive factors existing in the development of modern agriculture,including insufficient agricultural input,relatively low agricultural production efficiency and slow agricultural industrialization process,and puts forward policy Suggestions :(1)increase the input level of modern agriculture in zhanjiang,and improve the added value of agricultural products in zhanjiang;(2)strengthen farmers’ awareness of ecological and environmental protection and promote the sustainable development of modern agriculture in zhanjiang;(3)improve the agricultural science and technology policy system to improve the quality and efficiency of agriculture;(4)promote the development of agricultural informatization and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in zhanjiang.This study based on the data of rigor to build the index system and evaluation model of modern agriculture in zhanjiang,through different stages differentiation contrast,it is concluded that the current accurately in zhanjiang’s stage of modern agricultural development and the overall level of development,to provide quantitative reference basis for the modern agriculture construction,construction and development of zhanjiang modern agriculture has certain realistic directive significance. |
