| This paper takes the evaluation of' modern agriculture development level in Changle district as the cresearch object,and summarizes the relevant points of view of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation of modern agricultural development level in recent years,then,on the basis of certain theory,the present situation of modern agriculture development in Changle district is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the present situation and the actual situation of Changle District,the evaluation of modern agricultural development level in Changle District was carried out.By referring to 13th Five-Year Plan of Fuzhou city and other scholars' studies,combined with the actual situation in Changle District of Fuzhou,4 primary indexes and 14 secondary indexes were established in the agricultural input level,agricultural output level,and rural social development level of modern agricultural development,at the level of sustainable development.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the overall level and trend of modern agriculture development in Changle District from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed.Comprehensive analysis shows that the overall level of modern agricultural development in Changle District in 2013-2015 was 0.6183,0.6686,0.7144 respectively,therefore,the overall level of modern agricultural development in Changle District in 2013 and 2014 is in the initial stage of realization,it has entered the basic stage of realization in 2015,the development level of moderm agricultural in Changle District has been steadily rising.At the same time,the reasons for the steady development of modern agriculture in Changle District,the problems and the causes encountered in the development of modern agriculture are also analyzed.Finally,the opportunities and suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in Changle District are analyzed,the adjustment of agricultural economic structure should be put forward,innovative management organization system,strengthening talent training,improving farmers' quality,protecting agricultural ecological environment,promoting sustainable development of several aspects of the proposed ideas,to promote the Development of Modern Agriculture in Changle District. |
