The environment is the basic condition for human survival,production and life.China attaches great importance to ecological construction and environmental protection and has established it as a basic national policy.Under the leadership of the Party,China has made certain achievements in the cause of ecological and environmental protection,but with the development of industrialization,the large amount of carbon dioxide released by the burning of conventional fossil energy contributes to the greenhouse effect,and the ecological and environmental situation in China is still very serious.Therefore it is significant to develop and utilize green and clean energy and renewable energy.Biomass energy is a renewable and clean energy source,and China is rich in biomass resources,but the biomass energy industry as a whole is lagging behind in development.In recent years,China has put forward a series of incentives and financial support for the biomass energy industry,which is a major opportunity for biomass energy companies.It is in this context that Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.was born.Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.is a wholly state-owned enterprise located in Jilin City,Jilin Province.The company mainly operates through the integration of straw collection,storage,transportation,production,supply and marketing,realising the comprehensive use of straw as energy,feed and fertiliser.The company takes straw harvesting and storage,straw energy utilization,straw industrialized raw material production and processing as the main development direction,through the comprehensive utilization of straw effectively improves the problem of open burning of straw,reduces air pollution,improves air quality,and opens up the export of surplus straw in the region.However,the problems of lack of core technology and low economic efficiency are also becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,under the changing market environment,how Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.can keep up with the times and explore a development strategy that fits itself is of great significance to the company’s future sustainable development.This thesis takes Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.as the object of study and analyses the current development status of Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.as well as the problems and causes.Using the PEST analysis model,we analyzed the current situation of the macro external environment for the company’s development and the trend of changes,and then studied the competitive environment of the biomass energy industry by combining the Porter’s Five Forces analysis model.The SWOT analysis model was used to comprehensively analyse the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.By building a SWOT analysis matrix and using the idea of system analysis,various influencing factors were matched with each other,from which four different types of strategic combinations were derived.By analysing the advantages and disadvantages of each group combination and the environment in which they are used,and based on the company’s current development status,the most suitable development strategy for Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.was selected,and an implementation plan and safeguards were developed based on the chosen development strategy.In terms of strategy implementation,specific implementation methods have been established to strengthen the company’s self-build,enhance multi-disciplinary business cooperation and strengthen the building of core competencies in line with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.At the same time,we make suitable proposals for the implementation of the strategy through culture building,organizational change,human resources and financial security within the company as a guarantee measure.It is hoped that the study of the development strategy of Jihuan Biomass Energy Co.,Ltd.will provide a reference for the growth and development of straw comprehensive utilization companies as well as biomass energy companies,will provide development ideas for finding industrial companies suitable for the economic development of the northeast,and will contribute to the improvement of social problems such as environmental pollution and energy shortage in China.
