Sun.King Group is currently one an important supplier of China railway transportation equipment,and it is also a leading manufacturer which produces high-efficieny components of electric power equipment. SUN.KING Group has been developing rapidly sice it was established. The rapid development can be seen from the extending business fields and the increase of profit. In recent years, the world economy is suffering week conditions and the development of the domestic economy is slowing down. Besides, there are also many other factors which bring negative influnce on SUN.KING Group. All the negative factors are harmful to the development of SUN.KING Group, so it is very important to conduct a strategic development research of SUN.KING Group. Based on this consideration, this article will focus on the company’s strategic development. This paper will apply some theories including SWOT Analysis, Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and other theories to analyse the strategic environment that SUN.KING Group facing. After the analysis, this paper will confirm the enterprise development strategy of SUN.KING Group. In the end, this paper will elaborate the implementation of the enterprise development strategy.
