Research On Product Development Quality Improvement Of Power Lift Gate System In T Company

In the past few years,the Chinese automobile industry has undergone rapid expansion,leading to intensifying competition in the market.and automakers are demanding higher product development cycles and new product development quality.In order to improve ontime delivery rates and quality control levels,this paper takes the T Company electric door support rod product development quality management process as the research object and explores how to effectively use quality tools to identify and control risks in various stages of the product development process,from product design and validation to manufacturing process design and validation,and batch production,ensuring effective protection of product quality.The research method mainly adopts a combination of case study and quantitative and qualitative analysis.Based on the theory and methods of quality management in the automotive industry under the new situation,corresponding improvement plans are proposed,and the improvement plans are verified on the S15 product.The improvement plan mainly focuses on several areas where quality problems are more common.The specific contents are as follows: Regarding supplier quality management,it advocated for the establishment of a supplier.advanced product quality planning(Supplier APQP)process so as to strengthen the process of monitoring of its supplier product development in order to detect risks in a timely manner and take measures.In the quality planning process,to enhance the quality control measures in advance can notably minimize the occurrence of customer grievances throughout the quality development procedure.This strategy is applicable to both the process design and validation stages,improvements are made to the use of the PFMEA tool and control plan(CP),with the PFMEA identification being more comprehensive,and the control plan being combined with the process flowchart and PFMEA output to control both the special and ordinary characteristics in the layered method,ensuring the quality steady.In the quality process management for NPD,an improvement plan for the product development process quality gate review is proposed,and the key tasks are identified and given focus.A weak link in the design freeze is addressed,and the process of freeze on designing review is built so to better management of the product and process review before the design freeze.In problem solving,the 8D analysis tool is regarded as more in-depth resolution of problems,while the fishbone diagram and 5WHY tools are used to excavate the true causes and develop targeted corrective and preventive measures.In closing out 8D,audits for closing the issue are strengthened to make sure the timeliness and effectiveness of problem resolution.Through analysis and improvement of quality issues in the electric door support rod product development process,the quality awareness of the product development team has been further enhanced.By strengthening the use of quality tools,the quality management level of the product development team has been improved,thereby the risk is reduced during the NPD phase and customer satisfaction is been well enhanced.Finally,corresponding protection measures are taken for the implementation of the solutions,with the aim of improving the quality management of T Company’s product development projects.
