In recent years,the use of automotive relays has shown a rapid growth trend year by year,and the market demand for the quality of automotive relays manufactured by K Company is also getting higher and hquality igher.K company relay product non-conduction problem is the most influential problem to external customers,and also the quality problems of the highest frequency complained.Six sigma management is applied to the quality management of relay products in Company K in order to improve product quality and continuous improvement.This thesis introduces the six sigma management system from two aspects:the training system of six sigma and the establishment of six sigma management system,and applies the six sigma management method to the implementation of quality management improvement of non-conductive problems.To manage and guide all stages of DMAIC work by organizing plans,periodic reviews and analyzing and resolving existing or foreseeable difficulties in order to prevent or reduce the risk of project failure in advance.Through the following logical methods to guide the management improvement and implementation of non-conductive projects.Firstly,through in-depth analysis of non-conductive samples,the main particles leading to non-conduction are identified.Secondly,through quality management tools such as SIPOC,micro-flow chart,cause and effect matrix,FMEA,we focus on and identify the key factors that bring in and produce particles and the key factors that affect the removal ability of particles.Thirdly,the thesis uses DOE and ANOVA analysis tools to analyze the key factors,analyze and identifies the best level of the key factors with high contribution and controls them.At the same time,aiming at the contradiction of some key factors,the thesis uses TRIZ tools to find innovative improvement methods and measures.Finally,the thesis standardizes the imported measures and makes SPC control on-line and horizontal expansion to other similar lines.By implementing six sigma management,K Company not only improves the quality of products significantly in the process of solving quality problems,but also greatly improves the speed and ability of team members to discover,analyze and improve quality problems.The conclusion of this thesis provides some reference for other related company.
